Highlights: Chaiwa Tanaran Temple, also known as the Imperial Concubine Temple, is located on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River in the Ayutthaya Historical Park, outside Ayutthaya Island. It is one of the most majestic and beautiful temples in Ayutthaya. The center of the tower group is a large Khmer-style tower, surrounded by 4 small towers, and 8 smaller towers and gates outside. The 13 high towers are surrounded by 120 seated Buddhas, and 12 large Buddhas are seated in the middle of the 8 small towers, which are well preserved and solemn. The temple is located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. At sunset, the warm sun shines on the river surface, reflecting the towers of the temple, forming a good silhouette, reflecting the temple's heavy sense of history and glorious past.

"Wat Phra Mahathat, Thailand, was a royal temple of the Ayutthaya Kingdom. It is one of the oldest and most significant temples in the history of Ayutthaya as it housed the Buddha's holy relic. Many important royal ceremonies of the Ayutthaya era had been hosted here. When the Ayutthaya Kingdom failed in 1767, Wat Phra Mahathat was severely damaged by fire and was since abandoned. The temple is located in the area of the Ayutthaya Historical Park nowadays. Attractions in Wat Phra Mahathat of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya include remains of important old buildings such as pagodas, octagonal pagodas, royal hall, small temples, murals under a Bodhi tree, and the famous sand-stone Ayutthaya-style head of the Buddha image in a tree's root."

Highlights: Wat Phra Mahathat was built in the period of Borom Rachathirat I (Borom Rachathirat I 1370-1388), its main tower was about 40 meters high, it was one of the earlier Khmer-style pagodas built in Ayutthaya, but now only the bottom is left. From the surrounding stupa, you can vaguely see traces of stucco decoration at that time.

"beautiful and historical templeI love this place nice surrounding and gardenit's nice place in. Ayuddhaya Bangkok it's really nice The status of Buddha"
    Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya

Highlights: Yacha Mengkong Temple, also known as Yachai Mengkhao Temple, was built by the founder of the Ayutthaya Dynasty. The temple was built in the 14th century to commemorate the killing of the Burmese prince in the war with Burma, so the name of the temple means a great victory. Like other ancient buildings, the outline of the temple can only be judged by the remaining foundation stones on the ground. The temple is famous for having a 28-meter-long reclining Buddha. This huge reclining Buddha lies comfortably in the sun, lying peacefully on his side surrounded by ruins, making people feel the peace and detachment of the Buddha at first sight. There are many Buddha statues around the beautiful pagoda. When you climb up the pagoda, there is a small Buddhist hall inside. There are four gilded Buddha statues in the four corners. When you look up, you can see many bats making their homes there.

Highlights: Ayutthaya is the ancient capital of Thailand, Ayutthaya, the former capital of Thailand. It was sacked by the Burmese in 1767, but most of the temple ruins were successfully preserved and were included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1991. Buddha statues and relics of temples are shuttled in the city of Ayutthaya, and relics of Buddha statues or temples can be seen everywhere. Beside the lush branches, the broken bergamot rests on the ground, and a sense of historical ruin and sorrow arises spontaneously. Powerful spiritual power The temple buildings in the big city have a large area of dilapidation, and there are different dilapidated ruins, but the living conditions of the people here will make you feel that a city that is almost "dead" is still strong and "alive" , you will feel the strong spiritual power here.

"My friend and I had an unforgettable experience at Bang Pa-In Palace. We had rented a kart so we could easily get around. But we lost the kart and spent the rest of the time looking for our kart. I will never forget this experience at Bang Pa-In Palace 😅🤣"

    13.4km from downtown
Highlights: Bangpain Summer Palace is like a big park. Its buildings combine three different architectural styles of Thai, Chinese and Western. Among them, the Chinese palace-style building Tianming Hall allows you to experience some interesting changes in the process of Chinese culture spreading. Among them, Tianming Hall is a more exquisite palace in Chinese architecture. It is a wooden structure building with traditional architectural style in southern China. The first floor has the throne of the king, the second floor has the Chinese style dragon bed used by Rama V and the Chinese style table used by Rama VI. There are also portraits of the King of Thailand in the imperial clothes of the Qing Dynasty in China, porcelain from the Ming and Qing dynasties in China, the spiritual thrones of Rama IV, V and the Queen written in Chinese, as well as ancient Chinese books. The most striking Burmese architecture is a water emperor pavilion, a typical Thai building.

"The Lion King Zoo in the Great City is a place worth visiting. It feels more fun than the Bangkok Safari Park. There are many animals inside. The most important thing is that the animal layout is very concentrated. The animal is an animal next to an animal. It does not have to go too far. This is really too friendly for hot Thailand. Interactive photos with giraffes can be arranged without an appointment. There are also tigers taking pictures, riding elephants, and lions, snakes, crocodiles and other interactive photos are highlights. The tickets are not expensive at 300 baht. There is no problem except the distance from Bangkok. The zoos in the world are thousands of times. The Great City Lion Zoo is half fun."

"During the day always crowded by tourists coming with bus tour, but in the evening it is calm. Worth it to visit, give angkor wat feeling, different temples (active and non-active)"
    Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.Ayutthaya Riverside
    1.3km from downtown
Highlights: Ayutthaya Historical Park covers two-thirds of the remains of Ayutthaya, including a total of 95 sites such as the palaces (that is, the ruins of Ayutthaya), temples, and museums during the Ayutthaya Dynasty, of which 67 have been reduced to ruins, and only 4 temples still remain Most of the temples in Ayutthaya are Khmer and Sri Lankan styles. There are large grasslands, flowers, plants, pavilions, small bridges, pools, etc. between the monuments, just like a big park, with some ancient pagodas scattered among them, there is a perfect harmony. There are also large areas of grass, ponds, etc. in the park. It takes a whole day or more to see all of them. There are restaurants and hotels. Tourists can choose to rent bicycles for excursions, or take a boat ride around the moat to see an overview of the city.

"Find something to eat. Coconut sugar, sweet and refreshing, suitable for hot weather, but I can't remember the name of the shop. The shop is in the corner."
    Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya
    2.7km from downtown
Highlights: The market is built on the water. It is a relatively complete and very original floating market in Thailand. There are small wooden houses on both sides of the river. Women and men wearing bamboo hats sit on their own boats full of goods. Swing the oars in your hand, walk on the water, and form a nostalgic, simple, peaceful and harmonious picture of water villages with the daily life of the local people on both sides of the river. Here you can buy local handicrafts, or taste authentic Thai snacks, and each characteristic hut shows the unique creativity of the store.
