Ninomiya Shrine is the total guardian of Ogawa-go, which was called Ogawa Daimyojin or Ninomiya Daimyojin in ancient times. The date of its foundation is unknown, but it is said that Fujiwara no Hidesato prayed for victory in the Taira no Masakado disturbance. Although it is a shikigaisha, it is revered as Ninomiya in Musashi Province, and is also enshrined as Ninomiya of Rokusha Myojin at Okuni Tamashi Shrine. 15 Koku of red stamp was donated by Ieyasu Tokugawa in 1591.

普段は人気がない神社です。鳥居の前に急な階段があり、毎年年に一度のお祭りの9月９日の夜に、この急な階段をお神輿が登ってくるのが、ものすごい迫力で、観ているだけで興奮しちゃいます。地元ではショウガマチと親しまれ、地元産のショウガを神社でお祓いしたものを販売します。数量限定です。境内では地元の歌舞伎なども模様され、縁日の屋台もたくさん出て楽しめます。
