Kiteboarders paradise

The beach is awesome. Very good for kiteboarding,despite some reefs. Twin tips are very safe if you pay attention and look for the shallow reefs.

A sad state

Lots and lots of sargassum on a once pristine beach and unfortunately reef health was fair to poor with algal mats over sand and more than 80% of coral bleached (at least in front of the Bamboo Bar)… ...

Well worth it

A beautiful spot - below the water and above. Excellent safe snorkeling and coral. Thoroughly recommend the extra time to drive out. World Class!

Go see on the north end of Anageda

Great drinks, friendly service, beautiful beach. Restrooms are clean. Great little shop for gifts. Wonderful bathrooms and showers!
