Liaoshangjing Relic Site

The site of Liaoshangjing, located in the southeast suburb of Bahrain Zuoqi, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, southeast of Lindong Town, is the site of the ancient Khitan regime of China, the founding emperor of the Liao Dynasty, Shangjing. Shangjing is the capital established at the beginning of the founding of Qidan. It is the political, economic and cultural center of the Liao Dynasty. Liaoshangjing has been used for more than 200 years as the capital of Liaoshangjing. It has gradually been abandoned in the Yuan Dynasty.
