Awful rude door staff no care for safety of lone woman

I went out for my birthday last night it was for karanga I was so excited! My friend needed to go home she was very drunk so I left to make sure she got a taxi safely as I won’t leave friends alone anything could happen while drunk! I wasn’t drinking luckily !.. I then headed back to the club as my partner and friends were in there they had all come out and purchased tickets to be with me and celebrate my birthday but the door staff wouldn’t let me back in they wouldn’t open the door to even speak to me just pointed to a sign saying no re entry after half one it was literally just gone half one and the event didn’t finish till 3 am I was a lone young woman on the streets of Bath my partners phone was dead !… so couldn’t contact him I asked if I could go in to just get my partner and Ild come back out straight away the door staff just shook her head . I thought most places in bath had a policy stating if your a lone woman and need a taxi or feel unsafe to come in to their venue #asafespace and you can wait inside safe and call a taxi or a lift ect ! Komedia staff didn’t care one bit about if I was safe or not !… in the end I went around the other exit and waited for an hour sat alone on a bench hoping my other half may come out for air and see me very shocking with so many attacks going on to leave a lone woman with no care at all #komedia #komediabath good job I waited and my partner eventually came out and left with me. I even had random men worried about me asking the door staff to let me in so I could find my partner the door man said no I’ve explained to her already ! That was while he let around 5 people leave and re enter the building where I was sat.

Most food off the menu, show OK

Ordered the meal deal for 4 to celebrate my sons 21st. Arrived at 7 - well before the food ordering cut off time - only to be told that most of the menu was not available. We ended up having pizzas which we really didn’t want. Were given no options, discount or refund. Staff was not particularly bothered by it all. Asked if we wanted table service (to which e we said yes ), but was then impossible to get the attention of a waiter so ended up going to the bar anyway. Great building, but quite shabby. Saving grace was that the acts were all fairly amusing. Not stomach-cramp inducingly funny, but amusing enough to make us forget the problems with the food. Drinks were reasonably priced. A little disappointed overall.
