What an amazing place, where you feel so close to the animals that all look relaxed and well looked after. I’ve been to places before that I left concerned about the welfare of the animals but not here. Petting zoo, probably really for kids but it was my absolute highlight feeding the goats. The Berlin zoo is relatively not so big, but still has a lot of animals. When you enter it you couldn't see any animal and you may feel disapoint but as you explore more and go inside and from then you didn't want to leave. If you buy a combo ticket then you can enjoy zoo and aquarium both in a day. I can rate it 50/50, if you in Berlin with family, then can go there for a day and kids will enjoy to visit every spot.
