Museum of World Insects and Natural Wonders

Get ready to visit an old-fashioned museum full of historical and natural wonders. It's someone's private collection, but it also tells a stunning story about malaria, insects and much of the last century. It’s a really pleasant museum like a gem, and my whole family loved it. It’s not very big, but it’s all Victorian style decoration. We spent a few hours here, marveled at everything inside and felt very worth seeing. Thank you very much. The museum itself is quite crowded, with lots of insects, stones and various stories introduced. All of these things are stacked in a 3-story building. From the outside, the location of the museum is not obvious and you may miss it. If you have claustrophobia or are just sensitive to bugs and flies, you may be as tickled as I am. But the information here is interesting and easy to understand.

Worth ItMy wife and I found this to be one of the highlights of visiting Thailand. So much passion and heart has obviously gone into their exhibits. Our 12 year old wasn''t as impressed, I would recommend dropping them off at Catmosphere so you can spend a good 2 hours here without interruption.

It was founded by two life scientists who have spent their lives enjoying the wonders of nature, with unusual minerals and thousands of incredible insects, and a fun one.

The World Insects and Natural Wonders Museum is a private museum, and the owner tells the story of insects on his mobile phone because they must have been to many places and displayed them in museums. Insects around the world have a story to tell. If you are interested in insects, the museum takes about 2-3 hours and requires an extra fee to take pictures of the insects.
