Great place to see a football/soccer game
If you are in town during the football season (March to October) it is worth a visit to attend a game. Games are usually on Saturday evenings (19:30). There is a local team (Zhongyou FC) that plays in...

As all other travelers have stated, it's just a gymnasium that's not a tourist destination, so you don't have to go.
Sports facilities
It is a sports facility in the city of Hohohot, and it is said that it is used not only for professional sports but also for local student games. There was no particular event when I visited. I don't think it's a tourist destination.
