Shandong Huaxia Books and Culture Museum is located at No. 91 Jingyi Road, Jinan City, Shandong Province. It is the original site of Jinan Old Telegraph Building. It was built in 1904 and changed to a station post office after 1929. It is now a key national cultural relics protection unit. The museum has an exhibition area of 870 square meters and has two floors. It is divided into four parts: the history of epistles, the ancient epistles, the modern epistles, and the famous epistles of Shandong. It aims to promote the history and culture of Chinese epistles and enrich the spiritual life of the people. Focus on building the first domestic exhibition, collection, education, research and trading in one, integrating knowledge, professionalism, online and offline combination of leading domestic and international epistolary theme museum. The museum introduces the history of the culture of the letter, ancient letter, modern letter, and the letter of the famous person in Shandong in detail through text, photo pictures and letter of the letter. In addition to displaying the history of epistolary culture and related epistolary knowledge, some famous politicians, thinkers, strategists, military, educators, literary artists and other representative characters are selected to display epistolary letters. The first floor displays the history of the letters and ancient letters, the second floor displays the modern letters and the Shandong celebrity letters, a total of nearly 300 photographs and more than 100 authentic products, and the ancient representative exhibits of nearly 100 copies. It contains two wooden replicas of the late Warring States period of the earliest home books of ancient China found so far, adding a sense of history to the museum. To facilitate the use of mail for citizens and tourists, the museum has set up an old Jinan cultural theme post office in the first floor exhibition area, providing mail, packages, newspapers, periodicals, philatelic, mail order and other postal services to the public.

In May 2004, because the road was widened, the relevant departments made renovations and reconstructions of the building. The west wing of the road was turned back 13 meters north by the translation method, and the stone wall on the outside was retained. The north wing of the building was "slimmed", with a span of 13 meters shortened and the structure changed to a frame structure.
