It is the precincts of Sugimotoji Temple.
Original Text
We are in the precincts of Sugimotoji Temple, the first fudasho of Bando Sanjusan Kannon. Even though it is the ancient capital of Kamakura, there are not many tourists visiting the temples when you come here, so please come and visit slowly. It's a good place.
It is the Gorinto and Jizoson standing on the right side of the main hall of Sugimotoji Temple, the oldest ancient temple in Kamakura. Many Gorinto are enshrined in the war dead during the Northern and Southern Dynasties, and stand like filling the ground. A total of 7 Jizo statues are lined up with a large Jizo statue on the right end in the head. I was proud of the red front hanger with the trend mark matching.
Do you know "Gorinto Group and Jizoson"? Here, Sugimotoji Temple is the first temple in 33 Bando and 33 Kamakura. It is known as the oldest temple among the many temples scattered in Kamakura. One of the highlights of the precincts is the Gorinto group next to the main hall, which is a memorial tower of 々 large and small, with the trajectory of the war during the Northern and Southern Dynasties. And Jizo statues are lined up beside Kannon-do. This Jizo no Mikoto is said to be a Buddha who rescues us until the Maitreya Bodhisattva appears as Nyorai after Shaka's death ...
The precincts where the main hall of Sugimotoji is located are not so large, but it has a quiet atmosphere. There is a simple Jizo-do on the right side of the main hall, and seven Jizo statues are enshrined. It is impressive that Rokujizo and a larger Jizo are integrated into a total of seven bodies, all of which are simple stone Buddhas and have a red matching front hanging. There is a large number of Gorinto in front of Jizodo. The stone pagoda built to memorialize the dead of the Ashikaga side who lost in the battle during the Northern and Southern Dynasties is spectacular. A stately bell ... right next to the Gorinto Group
