御成小学校の脇の小道を入ったところにある図書館。開架されている蔵書はそれほど多くないです。飲食できるので、お昼時にはお弁当を広げていたり、のどかな雰囲気です。

閲覧室(学習スペース)

閲覧室には椅子が30席ほどある。いつの時間に行っても、席の取り合いになることはない。勉強している人が多い。 勉強する人にはオススメの場所である。
