I went last November. It was still early for autumn leaves. I came to this house while enjoying the old-fashioned cityscape. It was beautiful.

If you like buildings and interiors, you should stop by. It is a Japanese-Western eclectic building built in 1918 as the retirement place of Kashichi Yamazaki, the fifth generation of Kameya, a long-established confectionery shop in Kawagoe. They will give you a brief explanation at the entrance. Not to mention stained glass on the stairs, but the decorations that you haven't seen today, such as lighting switches, faucets, and tiles at that time, were interesting.

It's not large, but it's spectacular. The stained glass on the stairs is impressive. The exterior and interior are wonderful, and I feel the romance that is not in this era.
