It is the site of the Toba Rikyu of Emperor Shirakawa, where the battle between Toba and Fushimi began. I visited after visiting Jonangu. There was only a stone monument and a signboard with explanations, and the rest was the same as a general park.

The area around Jonangu is the place where Toba Rikyu was built by Emperor Shirakawa in the late Heian period.
