Pad Thai, what a culinary delight. I took one look at the menu and saw ‘chefs special’ and thought BY JESUS CHEF KYLE I’M IN! Well, it was not warm, but I’d been in work all day and was particularly Hank Marvin. It was not with much flavour, but again, I’d been dying for this all day and had dined on a salad and fruit in vigorous anticipation. I was almost ready to eat a scabby cat. The thought of Thai flavours, the texture of the peanut and those prawns. I’d hyped up my gang. They were all envious after picking the safe fish and chips menu. Oh how I felt pompous, bourgeois and well travelled. Well Kyle, I have no words. I do actually, I’m quite chatty… Dry, tasteless, room temperature year 8 high school food tech.
