I’m struggling to think when I have been to a more disorganised, underwhelming place for children. Went with my 8 and 9 year old. It took an hour between joining our first queue (to enter, chaos as families pushing in) and doing the first activity (hotel, which was ‘boring’ and lasted 5 mins). Then straight off to join another queue. Endless lines, lots of activities unavailable, staff unintelligible behind their masks. As other readers have said, there is no way this place should have opened during covid with this capacity. Despite being old enough to be left to it, I didn’t dare leave the kids as the queue management was so poor. For the price charged per ticket I am baffled that this place is so dreadful. Save yourselves a disappointment and avoid .

We spent over £700 on the weekends, in this so-called children's paradise - KidZania for my daughter's birthday, it turned out to be paradise, it was a prison! 1 We prepaid the admission fee for 15 children, but the 15th child was not allowed to enter. The KidZania front desk did not listen to any explanation from us, and forced us to pay the money. Finally, they found that it was their own mistake and insisted on letting the child continue to wait. There is no sense of responsibility. Treating children is also extremely rude and arrogant until the parents of white British children are angry! 2 The party was not served throughout, which was completely different from the statement at the time of booking. It was strange why the party service staff next door went to help take care of it, which was obviously racial discrimination! Not very friendly to Chinese! 3 In the morning, I told the front desk that we brought our own cakes. They had no objection and let us bring them up at noon. But when I was eating, the front desk said that I didn't let myself bring cakes, so I could only buy them here? ... is simply a profiteer! The reason they gave is that the terms have been written very clearly, never explained in advance, and there is no prompt. Let us see for ourselves ..., who will go to read the dense so-called terms of the children's birthday party, and it is not to buy insurance ... Finally, their department managers also admitted that, They basically don't read the terms of ....4 There is only sandwiches available at noon. Children who want to eat hot dogs can add extra money, three pounds per person, but you pay the money, the sandwich is gone, you can only eat hot dogs .... poor crazy, how much food! 5 spent £150, hired KidZania to follow up, the result was more than 20 minutes, only a few photos, the quality level .... is better to take it yourself ... is fooled, liar! 6 If the parents come out from the inside, even if they make a phone call, they can't go in anymore. What do you do? The parents don't want to come in when they go out. But the children are left inside. What if no one cares? The front desk said "then no matter, this is the rule" This is the so-called high-quality service! 7 In the above situation, we tried to communicate with other staff at the scene, but they answered very rudely, and they did not respect customers, and they pushed each other. Finally, they threatened my wife and said more words, and asked the security to drag you out! ! This is the service attitude of this children's playground, disgusting! Many parents of children (from many different countries) were extremely angry! 8 Finally, we asked to see the venue manager to complain, but no one paid attention to ...., no matter how, awesome! 9 We went to the service department to find someone to complain, and the family closed on weekends. This is the white eyes, prejudice and disgusting faces of the KidZania staff we spent more than 700 pounds in exchange for, and the disaster party memory left by the children's childhood!
