#travelanywhere For first time visitors to Macau looking for some local street food, Rua do Cunha in Taipa Village is a great place to start! It is a narrow pedestrian street in Vila da Taipa, the town centre of Taipa, Macau. The area is filled with shops, stalls, and vendors offering a range of delicious snacks, most freshly made on the premises. Rua do Cunha is also easily accessible via public transport. Despite the long queue, we tried the famous beef offal, Andrew egg tarts (a must!), pork chop burger, and had some refreshing lemonade. Highly recommend to visit and have local Macanese street food and Portuguese meals here! #macau #deliciousfood

In 2023, we can fly freely again! The first stop is to go to neighboring Macau 🇲🇴. ✅Itinerary route D1: Check in at MGM Macau - Avenida Dr. Sun Yat Sen D2: Take a photo and check in 📸 Parisian Garden - Londoner - Coloane Island. D3: October 5th Street - Bishop's Hill Chapel - Yiwan Slope D4: Fisherman's Wharf - Ruins of St. Paul's - Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro ✅Clearance port Go to Macau Peninsula: Gongbei Port and Qingmao Port. Tested personally, Gongbei has more direct shuttle buses to hotels, while Qingmao is faster but does not have shuttle buses. ✅About accommodation This time I stayed at the MGM, an art palace, and the service and environment were really amazing! ✅About attractions 1⃣️Living in MGM allows you to see various art exhibitions and take great photos. 2️⃣️"Fisherman's Wharf", although small, can easily produce great photos. 3️⃣️Londoners, European-style architecture, super popular online check-in spot, expect long queues, not recommended to visit during holidays. 4️⃣Parisian Gardens, where you can check off the Eiffel Tower and experience French style. 5️⃣Guanye Street, the colorful houses are great for taking photos, but for food you can go elsewhere, there are just too many people here 😂. 6️⃣Dongwangyang New Street, take photos of the same style as National Geographic at the Grand Lisboa, there's not much to do here, only suitable for taking pictures and checking in. ✅About food October 5th Street: Nanping Yaxu, Niuji Curry Cuisine, Street Desserts. Around San Ma Lou: Century Coffee, Ming Kee Offal Cuisine, Longhua Tea House, Huan Ji Seafood Restaurant, Cai Shen Ye Seafood Stew Restaurant, Ma Qing Kang South Sky Cafe. Heisha Huan: A Brother's Delicious Food Taipa: Hei Lian Coffee, Eslite Coffee, Andrew's Road Central Branch, Ya Qi Garden Restaurant. 1️⃣Ma Qingkang South Heaven Cafe Always queuing, even when there is a significant decrease in visitors during off-season, it still requires queuing! 🔥Must-try: BBQ pork with double eggs rice, crispy fried squid, scrambled egg with beef and rice noodles, Hong Kong-style milk tea. . 2️⃣ Ze Xian Ji Also a must-try for those who love queuing: "Portuguese egg tarts with egg waffles". The egg waffle has a super crispy outer layer, and when you bite into it, you'll taste the rich and creamy Portuguese egg tart filling! They also come in flavors like coffee, caramel, cheese, salted egg yolk, purple sweet potato, and taro paste. . 3️⃣Jinli Restaurant What most people recommend here are the Chicken and Shrimp with Double Sauce and the Curry Beef Brisket Rice. The curry is really fragrant and rich, and the soup base will give you a stunning feeling! Be sure to pair it with their homemade spicy sauce! Absolutely amazing! . 4️⃣Bailemen Noodle Shop After 5pm, the store will be closed, so if you want to eat, you have to come early! We recommend the pork chop with oil noodles and beef with noodles. The noodles are very fragrant with added pork oil, and they go well with curry sauce. . 5️⃣ Rongji Beef Offal Macau's beef offal is all amazing, but I have a special fondness for this one! I love their spicy sauce, and you have to add noodles to cook with it!

If you come to Macau, you must visit Rua do Cunha‼️ All the buildings on both sides of the street will make you feel as if you have come to Europe 🔸Rua do Cunha is located in the old city of Taipa, known as the street of souvenirs, and also has the title of a gourmet street. After eating the signature rice at Heilan Coffee, follow the navigation and walk to Rua do Cunha. 🔸Macau is really a magical place, always giving you a flash of movie scenes. The streets are getting narrower, probably only a bus can pass through, and what comes into view is the blue-green house🏠 and the narrow slope. 🔸There are many small shops on the small road, full of color, a bit like walking on the streets of Europe. Even a small road sign is given color, and the photos are very good. 🔸When you get to the center of Rua do Cunha, there are more and more people, you will see beautiful wall paintings, and many coffee shops. On the right hand side, there are many Macau souvenirs. I recommend Huangji Bakery, worm cakes, almond cakes, etc. They are all good, just out of the pot, very fresh and delicious. 🔸Rua do Cunha was named in 1884, presenting the style of a European small town. Walking along Rua do Cunha, you can also find many treasure trails, a visual feast. Fisherman's Wharf, let's talk again about this beautiful spot located on the eastern part of the Macau Peninsula. Perhaps because of its uniqueness, some people might miss the chance to visit. Undoubtedly, popular attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's are more well-known. However, if you have spare time, why not take a detour to Fisherman's Wharf and appreciate its unique charm, as if stepping back in time into ancient Roman-style European architecture. Suggestions for visiting Fisherman's Wharf: The area of Fisherman's Wharf is not vast, I chose to go there in the early morning when there were few people, capturing many serene scenes. It is most suitable for friends who love photography to visit, even just walking around once won't take up too much time. If, like me, you live nearby and have plenty of time, I highly recommend spending some time to enjoy the beauty here.
