Worth the visit! Amazing story how there was only prairie when Morton family settled here. A rag to riches story and creating Arbor Day and so many trees planted around the world!

a beautiful mansion and grounds, located in a big park. easy to get to and an interesting place to tour, also with historic stables and other out buildings.

Great historic site

The sweet ladies explaining the history were my favorite part. It's wonderful how the community has preserved this estate.
