Founder of post system
In front of Japan Post Osaka Branch there is a statue of Maejima Hisoka, the founder of modern Japanese post system. His figure is also used for 1 yen stamp in Japan.
He is a great man who has done a great business when he thinks about it from now on. I had a business in the building next door, and I passed in front of the statue and learned about this person. I think it would be better to be in a better place.
A bronze statue in front of the Japan Post Group Osaka Building on the southeast corner of the intersection of Minamizume Tosabori-dori and Matsuyacho-suji on Tenjinbashi. He is one of the founders of the Japanese postal service and became a portrait of a one-yen stamp. You may have seen it.
If you walk along Tosabori-dori, you will find a statue facing this on the premises of the Kinki branch of Hon-Postal. It is not a full-body statue. He was called the father of modern Japan Post because of his achievements in establishing a postal system in Japan in the early Meiji period, such as postal and postal stamps.
It was on the premises of the Japan Post Kinki branch office in Chuo-ku, Osaka. I knew the name, but I didn't know what kind of person it was in detail. The information board created a mechanism related to mail in the Meiji era and is said to be the father of modern mail. I got knowledge of trivia.
