Very nice outdoor museum representing Thailand’s culture and architecture. You can easily spend half a day here, just prepare umbrella and hat. Golf cart renting is available which makes the tour more comfortable and faster. Booking in advance here is better!
Man-made attractions. It feels OK, not crowded, no people, but the vitality is not done, a bit boring, the play is over in an hour, overall it is OK, Thailand has her own culture
Siam Ancient City (Thai: เมืองโบราณ, Romanization: Muang Boran) is a museum park in Thailand, close to the Beilanfu Crocodile Lake Zoo. It is known as the world's largest open-air museum with 116 monuments and architectural attractions. The land of the ancient city of Siam corresponds roughly to the shape of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the monument is also located in the right location geographically.[1]
This is a gorgeously designed and beautifully maintained representation of Thailand. They have segments of native structures and depict different stories across history. A definite must visit if you're in Thailand. Traditional music and food is available throughout. Since the coverage is so much, they have a train tour or you can take in your car or rent a gold buggy/ bicycle to move around. It's better to book the tickets online. When you head to the online booking counter, they hand you a map
It is much cheaper than buying tickets on the spot. It is recommended. It is best to rent a car in the ancient city of Siam. The park is relatively large and hot. It is impossible to walk for an elephant to ride for 20 minutes and 1,000 baht. There is a special person to take pictures at one point. You can download it at night.
Gathering the architecture and culture of Thailand 77, experience the historical process of Thailand, Siam Ancient City, is a place worth visiting; but you must remember to bring your passport, so you can rent a car, don't ask me how I know...
Come to Thailand for free, stay in Bangkok, Siam Ancient City is the most worth visiting attraction in addition to the Grand Palace. It is located in Bailan Mansion, 30 kilometers from the center of Bangkok. Fortunately, it is connected to the light rail! From the center of Bangkok, take the BTS light rail to the terminal Bailan Housing Authority. The light rail display station is called E23. Or in Google Maps, Baidu Map Navigation: Siam Ancient City, and then choose public transportation, which will show the route. After the light rail arrives at the station, there is still 3.5 kilometers away from the ancient city of Siam. Don't worry, there are double cars parked at the light rail exit all year round. It will take you to the ancient city. The fare is 10 baht. Don't take a taxi or a sudden car. You didn't discuss it! When returning, still take a double car across the road from Siam Ancient City to the light rail station. The fare is still 10 Thai plants. Don't buy tickets for Siam Ancient City in the visitor center. It is very expensive! Booking tickets on Trip.com or Ant Cellular Online is only 78 yuan. The ancient city is very large. It has gathered various well-known ancient buildings in 72 houses in Tailand for 800 years. Walking is not realistic, you must rent a battery car in the visitor center, battery car divided into 2 people car, 4 people car or 6 people car, the basic rent is 350 baht within an hour, and the hourly charge is 150 or 200 baht after more than an hour. When buying tickets, the conductor will give you a guide map of the ancient city and indicate where there are restaurants, bathrooms and beautiful views worth seeing. In the visitor center, you must bring enough water in advance, at least two bottles of mineral water, because there is basically no water on the way to the hot weather, you also need to bring sunglasses, sun hats, apply sunscreen, the sun is too big, there is no shade place.
