Pioneer Courthouse Square

This is an important part of Portland’s urban landscape and anyone interested in architecture or urban design should visit it. Yes, there are always some odd street bums here, but it seems very safe for me. Enjoy a picnic on the steps in front of the fountain, relax, read a book or just feel the local atmosphere.

We had a night in Portland and made the most of it. Pioneer Court is located in a few blocks from Rose Hotel, where we can walk easily/safely. The shopping mall is very good. There are enough kinds of goods. It's clean and the shop assistants are friendly.

The Pioneer Court Square is located in the center of downtown in Portland. The square and its surroundings are covered with red floor tiles, which are very beautiful. At weekends, there are also some interesting activities for local people.
