The vast majority of rivers in China are eastwards into the sea, while the Ili River, the inland river with the largest water volume in China, is rolling westwards towards Kazakhstan and eventually into Lake Balkashi. The Yili River Scenic Area is a good place to watch the sunset. The raging river chases the sunset west. This should be the unique sunset landscape in China! On the other side of the river, the towering Ferris wheel neon twinkles, the Yili River Bridge in the east is reflected in the afterglow, and the snowy mountains in the distance are looming! The sunset of the Yili River that will never be tired of watching. On the evening of the first day of Yining, I returned to the city from Sailimu Lake. I had a break-up meal with the young lady who was traveling with me, and took a taxi to the Yili River Bridge to watch the sunset. Fortunately, I caught up. The river flows towards the sunset. The river was soaked red by the sunset, the water and the sky were connected to one another, and the beauty of the Yili River was seen in the next few days, and new observation sites were also found. When I travel to Ili, if I bring a drone, I can take pictures of the Ili Bridge when the weather is good. It is super beautiful. When I went to Ili before, I only brought a camera and did not bring a drone. So it’s a pity. I hope I have a chance to go again next time.

The Yili River Bridge is the first modern bridge in Yili, built in 1975. The bridge is located on the Yining Yili River, under the bridge, the river is densely wooded, the north bank of the bridge is the city of Yining, and the south bank of the bridge is the county seat of Chabuchar Xibo Autonomous County.

An earlier bridge was built, which facilitates residents' contact with the outside world.
