I have participated in the 1 day road bike tour at the 2nd cycling frontier in 2018/5/14. Wear sports spats and long sleeves of Aerism bought at UNIQLO underneath, and half pants and Ｔ shirts above to exercise! I recommend the appearance. In the morning, a professional guide will pick you up by car to your accommodation, and it is safe and secure from start to finish. Even beginners of road bikes can enjoy it very much. I didn't hit the hockey, but when I was witnessing the sea in winter, it was a very satisfying tour because it was hard to taste! The guide was cheerful, and the "cousin bowl" I got on my way home was delicious with a sucking texture below. Thank you very much!
