A lovely gem of a place (and a person!)
Carmelo was so warm and welcoming! Such wonderful history to see how his family and the people of Scicli traditionally lived! An absolute gem and a joy! Definitely stop here!!!!

Interesting!
Really interesting hearing the history of this man’s family and the grotto in which they once lived. He didn’t speak much English, but luckily we went in with another couple who helped translate.
