Everything was perfect, wearing hanbok wandering around Gyeongbokgung was interested 💕 Definitely will comeback again to try another hanbok!
As a work representing Eastern architectural art, Gyeongbokgung Palace is a harmonious combination of ancient Chinese architecture and the traditional architecture of the Joseon Dynasty. When visiting, visitors will clearly see the five traditional Korean colors applied to the palace: blue, white, red, black, and yellow representing the five elements. In terms of aesthetics, this is also the most beautiful palace in Korea.
We had a great tour guide (Sun Hee, I think, or just Sunny), and she gave a wonderful tour of the palace. It’s a good place to start your journey to explore Korea, and just a very pleasant location to spend time in.
Visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace in Korea is a fantastic way to immerse yourself in the country's history, culture, and architectural beauty.
The palace was spacious and beautiful and full of history in its architecture! I went there with my family and me and my mum tried the traditional Korean outfits. if you wear the traditional costume, the entrance fee will be free. They sometimes do a live show of the traditional dance and music.
Large palace complex well worth the visit. It is large and includes scenic gardens. Dont miss the changing of the guard ceremony. It is free if you wear the hanbok and visit otherwise the entrance fee will be 3000won~
