Project Overview Shenzhen City Citizen Center is located in the central area of Shenzhen, covering an area of 91,000 square meters. The north is Lianhua Mountain, south to the Central Business District, is a comprehensive building integrating the multi-functional government National People's Congress Museum, synagogue and other functions, with the status of the administrative center, and will become an important landmark in Shenzhen after completion. The Civic Center was designed by the United States Lee Timchula Architects. The entire building is large in scale, with a basement and five floors above the ground. The total building area is 210,000 square meters, the total length of the building is 435 meters, the maximum width is 145 meters, and the total investment is 2.3 billion yuan.

Shenzhen Civic Square, located between the Civic Center and Shennan Road, is the most important city square in Shenzhen. The entire square was officially opened in 2006 and is the core area of Shenzhen's Futian CBD, surrounded by various skyscrapers, including Shenzhen's tallest building Ping An Financial Center.
