Hopefully this is it. As another reviewer points out it is not well marked on any maps. However the "100" kind of gives it away.

Highlight of the 58 Sculptures Dotting Lake Toya

There is no mapcode for this location. However the Toyako Town map will give you an indication where it is. Its close to the docking station for the Lake Toya cruise ship. Close by is the G8 Summit...

2016 に 100 years of memory を welcome えた Toya Lake Hot Spring

    Original Text

In 2016, Lake Toya celebrated its 100th anniversary, and a monument was set up to commemorate it. A monument is set up on the shore of the lake and is a unique monument in the shape of a stamp. The inside is hollow, and you can take a commemorative photo against the background of Lake Toya.

Many people enjoyed taking commemorative photos at the monument for shooting. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lake Toya and Mt. Yotei.

It's also exceptional in the snow!

    Original Text

A monument next to the Toyako Kisen Pier on the south bank of Toya Lake. There is a stamp frame where you can take pictures of the beautiful scenery of Lake Toya in the background. Lake Toya in winter is mysterious, so I recommend taking pictures here. However, the weather is cloudy and there is a lot of snow, so luck is quite necessary. If possible, I would like you to move a little further to the right. The steamship is in the way. The location is behind the Grand Toya Hotel.
