The Binhai Water Sports Resort is located in the Huandong Sea area of ​​Tong'an District. The Huandong Romantic Line has a unique geographical environment and a long coastline. The government uses the seaside scenery to create a pleasant holiday place. In 2016, the Binhai Tourism Romantic Line began construction. At present, the first and second phases of about 25.3 kilometers have been completed and opened to the public.

The romantic coastal tourism line spans Jimei, Tong'an and Xiang'an.
