On the road - Qinghai along the way to travel to remote places around the north, almost every day, I see the blue sky and white clouds. On the way to Qinghai Lake, looking out the window, I feel that this is not our usual computer desktop? 😀 Looking at this blue sky and white clouds, I feel good all day long.

The Tangyu Ancient Road, today's 214 National Road, also known as Shantouling Road, is a very famous road in ancient history of China. The famous Princess Wencheng married the Tubu King Songzan Ganbu and walked this avenue. It was quite panting to climb up, overlooking the statue of Princess Wencheng.

The Tang Dynasty Ancient Road, an ancient road that crosses thousands of years, is the road into Tibet that connects the Tang Dynasty and Tubo 1300 years ago, which is today's 214 National Road. It is also the only way to go to Qinghai, Tibet and even Nepal and India since the Tang Dynasty. It connects with our friendly neighbors in the southwest of China, so it is also known as "Silk South Road". The famous Princess Wencheng married the Tubu Wang Songzanganbu on this avenue. The starting point of this avenue is Chang'an, the capital of the Tang Dynasty (now Xi'an, Shaanxi), and the end point is Tubu Metropolis Losome (now Lhasa, Tibet), across the four provinces of Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai and Tibet. The length is about 3,000 kilometers, and more than half of the roads are in Qinghai. The section we are taking is Xining-Dumping River-Gonghe County. It is enough to drive from Xining for a day. So far, in many places passing by Tangyu Ancient Road, there are still stations, cities, cottages and ancient temples that people have built, leaving behind the brilliant culture created in the people's era.
