After complaining to the mayor's hotline, it was answered on July 1, 2022 because a leader's visit led to the early closure of the museum, which concluded that the museum of Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture is for some leaders and not for the people.

I have been to and from Yili many times, and the time for each stay is not long. I came back from this holiday and looked at the museum. I always feel that it is not bad.

The Museum of Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture is the largest and most abundant museum in Ili. It is currently open to the public for free and has strict security checks.
