PPengguna Tetamu: Plenty of parking at reasonable 24 hour price. Location good and views to sea / water etc. smooth efficient checking and room spotlessly clean. It’s not got the wow factor and odd missing tile grout in bathroom etc but nothing to put me off staying again. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice and eggs / porridge etc cooked to order. Best part of the stay was the welcoming and very friendly staff - they made our stay from good to great. Would stay again

PPengguna Tetamu: Absolutely thrilled to have booked this place. Muslim friendly, loads of halal places, everyone’s friendly what’s not to love. Smack in the middle of town and all the convenient shops and food places. I will absolutely stay here again with family. Must visit wales again. Loved every second of it

YYuk ling: Staff are good. Friendly and helpful. They help me to store luggage voluntarily. I am very grateful. The place are clean and tidy. The room settings are good. The furniture are well Placed and with taste. I don’t have breakfast this time. But it looks very freaks with variety. Must try next time.

WWuYuqing: There is a nice kitchen with all the stuffs. The location is really good, the window is facing towards the sea. The room is bigger than I think and exactly the one shown in the displayed diagram. But If there is less dust, that will be a perfect room.

张张楚嫣: The hotel is dated but everything worth the price, the reception team are very friendly! Our room's carpet is bumpy, the toilet extractor not functioning too.

PPengguna Tetamu: The Grand Hotel Swansea is an excellent location, straight out of the train station crossed the road and straight into reception area. The room was clean and furnished well and ample room in the showeroom/toilet. The staff are friendly with an excellent attitude towards guests. Breakfast at £10 per person was great value and very enjoyable. Chicken tikka baguette was the best ever. Stuart and Eleanor were excellent. Would definitely recommend. We will return.

The Georgian, 2/3 S Prospect

PPengguna Tetamu: Missed the simple things like a bath mat, a non slip mat to use while showering and drinking glasses available in the room. Bed was okay, a little creaky and “well used”
