MMin Hein Htike: I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia for their vacation, as it is very close and walking distance to the popular tourist attractions and also you can travel easily to and from the Sofia airport. Moreover, the hotel allows contactless check-in and checkouts which are very easy to plan, but you should check your email about the instructions from the hotel near to the booking time. The hotel also has good customer service and is very willing to help.

PPengguna Tetamu: Hotel is good, service leaves much to be desired. We arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m. and asked on reception if the room is ready (normal check-in at 3 p.m.). The answer was that the room will be ready by check-in time (3 p.m.). We came to the reception at 3 p.m., our room was not ready. The reception lady asked ask to wait 10-15 min. We came to the reception at 15:30, the room was not ready. The lady apologised and asked us to wait 15-20 min maximum. We came at 16:10 - the room was not ready. On my question “when will it be ready?” I’ve got the answer “I don’t know”. I asked the lady to call to the floor responsible/cleaning supervisor and clarify. The answer was “ I already called them, they also don’t know”. I got angry as nobody could tell me when we can expect the room ready. After I applied to their manager, the key was provided to us in 5 min. The room was not so bad, but in the bathroom there was strong sewage smell that stayed in the room for the whole night.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama: Hotel is just a few minutes walk away from the cathedral and walking distance to all the sightseeing spots. The front desk is open only from 8am to 5pm but staff was not necessarily there all the time. They answer phone calls so I recommend getting eSIM with number so you can call staff when you needed when they are not there.

Strategically located near the main transport hubs. • The metro station (coming from the airport) is very close.  • Tram stops are on the corner, and the main bus/train station is just a couple of blocks away.  • The city center is about 1.5 km away.  • Price Range: 79€/d. 🛏️ The Room Experience • Room Type: Twin room on the 11th floor.  • Size & Cleanliness: Adequate size and clean.  • Bed: 110cm firm mattress, reported to be very comfortable, with two soft pillows.  • Amenities: Flat-screen TV, coffee maker, fridge, and hairdryer included.  • Drawbacks: No major issues mentioned. 🚽 Bathroom Details • Cleanliness & Setup: The bathroom was clean.  • Shower/Bath: High and slippery bathtub. Water pressure was very good.  • Products & Towels: Basic amenities were provided. Some towels showed signs of wear with frayed edges.  🍳 Food & Beverage • Included: Yes, breakfast was included.  • Variety & Quality: A very complete breakfast buffet, offering both hot and cold, sweet and savory options, including some local specialties.  • Negative Point: The only drawback was the juice, which tasted artificial, like a powdered mix.  🏊 Common Areas & Facilities • Facilities: The hotel features a spa, sauna, indoor pool, a restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a ******.  👨💼 Service Evaluation • Reception: Morning staff was serious. Evening staff seemed bothered by questions regarding the spa.  • Cocktail Bar: Staff here was very kind and friendly.  • Spa Staff: Described as serious, speaking only the bare minimum of words.  • Daily Housekeeping: Room cleaning was minimal; they only straightened the duvet, leaving the pillows as they were. Coffee and tea amenities were not replenished.  🚗 Transport & Access • Public Transport: Excellent connection. Very close to the metro line from the airport, with tram stops nearby and the main stations within walking distance.  🔐 Security • Access Control: Access is managed via a key card.  • Safe: There is no safe deposit box in the room.  Final Verdict: ✔ Top Strength: The super comfortable bed combined with the excellent location near major transport links (metro, bus, train). ❌ Main Drawback: The service was inconsistent, particularly the minimal housekeeping (no coffee/tea refill) and the unenthusiastic staff at reception and the spa.

PPengguna Tetamu: It was a comfortable stay. I was able to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out without any issues. The hotel is very close to the metro and tram stops, making it easy to get around. If you enjoy walking, you can even walk to the city center and explore Sofia, although it is a bit of a long walk. It’s also very close to a shopping mall, which I think is a great advantage.

PPengguna Tetamu: In general, the hotel is very good, close to Vitosha blvd and city center and clean, Standard Double Room is spacious enough The continental breakfast is sufficent but is served in the lobby and it is very weird, also it is overpriced to my opinion (15 Euro/person) Hot water in the rooms on the higher floors starts after several minutes of waiting after opening the handle of the faucet I would rate it as good 3 star hotel rather than 4

CChabrior Turbulo: The location is excellent, with three metro lines just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and very clean. The windows are highly soundproof, so outside noise is not an issue. The hotel also provides useful amenities, the lobby is welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a very good experience. The only downside was the housekeeping staff, who started talking loudly in the corridors early in the morning. Because the room doors are not well soundproofed, it sounded as though they were speaking right outside—or even inside—the room, which made it difficult to sleep. It would be much better if they communicated more quietly or found another way to coordinate instead of shouting in the hallways.

PPengguna Tetamu: Все понравилось) Видно,что отель после реставрации: все новое, чистое. В номере есть все необходимое: полотенца, тапочки, фен, гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер для волос, а также огромная плазма, кондер, сейф, холодильник. Один момент. для меня кровать была жестковата, но мужу понравилось. Еще, мы приехали в 10 утра и нас смогли заселить через 30 минут, за это отдельное спасибо, т.к. ехали всю ночь и очень устали. Персонал очень приятный, все подскажут и со всем помогут. И меторасположение супер, все рядом!)

MMrsnD: Everything was good. Breakfast is in the cafe. İts not normal breakfast. You can choose and sandwixh or drinks or coffes. They give you a card. And you have limited.

PPengguna Tetamu: Enjoyed my stay! An excellent breakfast with a good selection and location is very close to the railway and bus stations (about 200 m away). Also it’s only an .80 cent ride by metro to Alexander Nevsky church and other key sites (I walked the 2 km there but it took about 40 mins due to crosswalks under roads). And there’s a traditional Bulgarian restaurant with live music band about two blocks away through the park with a currency exchange a 10-min walk away from the hotel. Also, bonus, free apples in the lobby! Great snack for being on-the-go! :)
