"I enjoyed staying in Bla-bla hostel. The hostel is located in a very convenient place: close to subway, cafes, parks, monuments and wide boulevards. It is kept clean and tidy. Receptionists are nice and cleate welcoming atmosphere. There were a few hiccups during my check-in, but they all were resolved in my favor by the receptionist. I think it is very important The only problem for me was that the kitchen is closed in the early mornings. And opens only at 8.00"

"HORROR GESTANK ! We were the only guests in this hotel, and from the moment we arrived, there was a strong, sharp, slightly sweet odor throughout the entire place. It was extremely unpleasant. We left the room, aired it out for hours with the balcony doors wide open, but when we returned, the smell was still overwhelming. Unfortunately, we only read the reviews afterward and found that for over 14 years, guests have been reporting this exact issue. After a short time in the room, both of us developed runny noses, coughing, breathing problems, severe headaches that kept worsening, and nausea. We simply couldn’t tolerate it. On top of that, when removing the bed covers, every single mattress had visible urine stains. We ended up leaving the hotel at 1:30 AM because it was impossible to sleep there. The receptionist offered us another room, but we insisted on seeing it first—and it had the same unbearable smell. The entire hotel smelled. We didn’t even stay one night and had to book another hotel immediately, which caused us additional costs. The receptionist said there was nothing else he could do and could not guarantee a refund. We were told the manager would be available the next day, so I left my phone number and asked to be contacted—but I never received a call. We were later given the manager’s number and tried to reach him over 20 times and even sent messages via WhatsApp, but he never responded. We were completely ignored. This place is a disaster. We would not recommend it to anyone. The only positive was that the reception staff were friendly"

Unfortunately, it seems that no one cleans the room unless you complain after three days of sleeping without service. This hotel has earned my first negative review."

"Rating: ★★☆☆☆ Does not meet 4-star standards What I liked: The hotel is clean. The room was spacious, and a technical issue with the toilet flush was fixed within the same day. Breakfast was acceptable. What I didn’t like: This hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. At best, it could be considered a 3-star hotel, and even that with limitations. In my room on the 7th floor there was only one light switch at the entrance; there was no central or bedside switch near the bed. There was also no proper bathe tools storage space in the bathroom. The mattress was extremely hard and the bed very stiff, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. I experienced back pain and did not sleep well on the following nights. Breakfast was okay but nothing special, and it was unpleasant to be forced to listen to loud 1990s music playing constantly from a video. Overall, the hotel is clean but not cozy or comfortable. The staff were correct but not particularly welcoming or engaged with guests."

"This was a lovely spa. The villa was very roomy with a patio. There was a beautiful outdoor pool area. We stayed for 1 night and used the indoor facilities which included indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, showers, and locker room. The next day we had massages. Breakfast and the indoor spa were included in the price of the room. The restaurant was good quality. It was a very nice stay and reasonable. "

"As the poster on arrival says - you didn't come all this way to explore the hotel! The EasyHotel is basic but fulfills all needs - the bed is comfortable, the heating system is HOT (and the window opens). The shower was small but effective (although struggled to get warm in the morning), and that's about it for conveniences; there some luggage storage under the bed, a pair of coat hangers fixed to the wall and light switches/charging station next to the bed. The hotel is basic but clean and serviceable and absolutely all you need for the price."

"Right in the city center, near the old (and still functioning) mosque, and not far from Zenski Pazar. There's a super convenient Kaufland supermarket right next door. The coworking space is excellent if you need to get some work done before check-in or after check-out. Free water and coffee are available in the lobby. Check-in and check-out are super easy via web, with minimal staff presence at the front desk. Good air conditioning throughout. Overall, it's not luxurious but very functional for those who need to work remotely and appreciate a very urban and central location. The Turkish restaurant just below isn't bad either, with friendly staff and fair prices. I would only not recommend it for families with children, those with a lot of luggage, or guests planning long stays, as the rooms are small, bare, and practically unfurnished. Also, it's not ideal for anyone looking for a perfectly quiet, traffic-free residential area."

"The hotel has a spa and fitness center. Compared to Western European spas in hotels, here you might receive one towel if you ask at the spa reception. Otherwise there are no others on disposal and there is no water dispenser. You have to buy it or bring it with you. The saunas could be more clean, especially the steam sauna, which was very dirty in the evening. To swim in the pool you need to buy a swimming cap. The food at the breakfast was very delicious, compared to other experiences I made in Sofia. It could be maybe different every day, because the only difference was how the potatoes were prepared. In any case, you have a variety of food to eat and you will not be hungry. I was in another Ramada hotel and this one was on a lower level than the one in Bucharest and needs a renovation in the rooms or in the restaurant. The chairs were dirty there."
