"It is a smaller open-air shopping centre with clothing and shoe shops, limited number of restaurants, cinemas and bowling alleys. I went there around 5.30pm and it felt a bit deserted and many shops were empty. You may love it when you’re looking for a shopping center smaller than Terminal 21 or downtown Pattaya, but if you’re looking for an impressive air-conditioned indoor shopping center with lots of brands and product options, this is not the place you should go. It is a small open air shopping mall. In the heart of Pattaya, there are cinemas and supermarkets, not suitable for buying clothes, but it is perfect for buying souvenirs, soap and massage oils in Thailand. Best to go at night."
