Villa di Nimes

Hotel bem localizado. A recepcionista não falava muito bem Inglês e dificultou um pouco a comunicação. Quarto agradável e limpo.

Hotel yang terletak sangat baik, berhampiran dengan stesen kereta api SNCF. Sangat sesuai untuk bermalam. Malangnya, penerimaan tetamu hanya dibuka dari jam 5:00 petang, yang menyebabkan daftar masuk sangat lewat. Masalah kecil semasa saya menginap, bilik hotel saya mempunyai bau penyegar udara yang kuat dan ia tidak bersih, terutamanya tandas.

We booked a junior suite for 209€/night. The room is big, has a very cold atmosphere. The floor is covered with cheap laminate, no rug on the floor, no art on the walls, nothing. Everything is of cheap quality. The doors make a “metal” noise when opening or closing them. They are covered with finger marks from previous guests. The bathroom severely smells of sewage. After I complained they applied chemicals to fight the odors, in consequence now it feels like we breathe poisonous air/fumes. ☣️ The internet is free but it takes approximately 2 minutes to load a page, most of the times it doesn’t work at all. The breakfast is good. The personnel is nice and friendly.

Liked · From the moment we arrived at L’Imperator Maison Albar we knew we had chosen the right hotel for our stay in Nimes. This is an EXCEPTIONAL 5-star hotel and has truly set the benchmark for luxury and hospitality. Every detail of our stay was meticulously catered to, making it a very memorable experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a very warm welcome from GM Romaric Blanvillain. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were shown around the beautiful facilities and on to our room by the charming Rievelinio. The hotel combines class, elegance and warmth, with beautiful interior decor and clever use of space and architecture. The pool is heavenly - in fact there are two pools to choose from, an indoor pool next to the spa and an outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers and peace and quiet. By the pool we were looked after by Quentin with an impressive level of courtesy and efficiency. Breakfast was wonderful (thanks to Natalie and Romane) and served in a calm setting, with the choice of indoor or outdoor seating. What truly sets L’Imperator apart is the exceptional service provided by the team and the way they make guests feel. Many hotels try to be hospitable because that is their job, they are ‘paid to smile’, but the Albar staff are happy to be there and show genuine care for each guest- even remembering guests names when greeting them. Special mention to the Hero’s Pierre and Benjamin, who both went above and beyond in their assistance and care. And the exceptional Fabien (so speedy) Tristan and Frederic, Kaoutar, Doriane, Karla, Clara, Maxime, Imrane, Sabah and Claire. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay. We have already re-booked to stay again…we love Nimes and we will come back to stay at L’Imperator.

Nous l avions choisi pour son emplacement et son parking privé. Notre chambre au 1 étage était calme. Son équipement pose problèmes TV capricieuse bouilloire de secours et chauffage aléatoire au fonctionnement conplexe. Salle d eau mérite une rénovation. Literie de qualité. Très bon petit déj multiples choix. Acceuil sympathique et courtois. PS : les photos du site ne sont pas representatives de la. Réalité.

I was surprised to find out that there are no staff stationed at the hotel past 8pm, despite my check-in voucher stating that the latest check-in time is 11pm. I do not like the experience as I arrived Nimes after a nearly 3-hour train delay and I was expecting that I could get into my room without much of a hassle. However, there was no staff at all when I entered the reception hall. I was shocked and luckily with the help of other residents I was able to call the staff and they advised how I could collect my key. I was lucky but it is possible that other customers in similar situations may not be so lucky.
