Kelemahan terbesar di hotel ini ialah biliknya terlalu kecil, kami menempah bilik yang besar dan hanya 29 meter persegi. Tidak ada meja kopi yang enak, terlalu kecil. Tidak ada lagi ruang untuk meletakkan barang-barang anda. Kelebihan terbesar adalah pemandangan tasik yang tidak terkalahkan, sangat mudah bagi kanak-kanak untuk bermain di salji, keluar sahaja. Terdapat dua pasar raya di sebelah hotel, yang sangat sesuai untuk makan. Akan mempertimbangkan untuk membuat tempahan ini pada musim panas. Oh dan isyarat rangkaian tanpa wayar sangat baik, haha

酒店位置不錯，乾淨舒適，就是房間偏小，沒有冰箱稍微有些不方便，出門就可購物、吃飯。

This is a large resort! Right next to the Tahoe lake which is nice. Plenty of parking spaces. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. Very pleasant experience.

Hotel room was small but clean. Plenty of free parking and decent breakfast consisting of breakfast sandwiches, pancake and waffle maker, as well as yogurt and fruit. No daily housekeeping but you can request towels at the front desk. Quick check in and out.

Bilik-bilik sangat bersih dan selesa, hiasannya agak baru, tetapi tidak ada bau yang pelik; walaupun tidak besar sangat, ia boleh dibuka sepenuhnya. System was down when I arrived. I didn’t complain but waited patiently for about 30 minutes. Check in was easy and pleasant. They upgraded me to a suite and it was nice

Had a wonderful stay and experience at the Marriott Timber Lodge Sept 4 - 11 2022. We reserved our week through Interval. We were assigned a 4th floor 2 BR location with balcony facing Tahoe Blvd - could not see the lake but balconies are not common at this lodge (top floor is 5). All staff (front desk, valets, maintenance and cleaning) were very friendly, welcoming and professional. No complaints - only praises. Rooms were very nicely furnished and clean - did not look dated. Had full kitchen that was basically equipped - note that coffee maker is drip and filters/coffee are supplied. Used washer/dryer which worked great. It was a long walk to our room from the elevator which might be a negative for some visitors. We attended the fitness yoga and core sessions including yoga sessions in the forest behind the resort, at the local beach (free access after Labor Day), and at the Marriott Grand Residence pool deck. Kristin led the yoga sessions and was a great fitness session leader and friendly individual. Note that you can request a key card to the (more upscale) Marriott Grand Residence located next door to use their pool/facilities. Fitness center looked well equipped with separate room for weight lifting. Note that there were not many shaded locations at the pool so get there early if you need shade. I wished they would add dining options or swap out the Fire + Ice mongolian fried food dining option for a more mainstream offering. Be aware that many dining and activities (e.g. Gondola) shut down or have shorter hours after Labor Day.... however our overall experience at Timber Lodge and at all locations (Emerald Bay, beaches, traffic) were much easier and pleasant with significantly fewer visitors.

Good location, clean, quiet (despite our room facing the road and being at the top of the stairs so lots of people passing by), good breakfast kept fully stocked and very clean by some hard working ladies, all 3 front of house staff we encountered were friendly and polite But I had to make my bed!! They changed the towels ( not necessary after one night) but the making of the bed is apparently not done on stay overs of less than a certain number of days. If it’s a covid, cost saving or staffing issue then second nights should be at a reduced rate. For me it’s a luxury to have someone else make my bed. We think the pool was open but as it had a barrier splitting it in 2 it wasn’t worth using as you couldn’t have a proper swim Good value however.
