Title: Avoid at All Costs! Caused My Son’s Cold & Family’s Skin Rash – Disgusting Hygiene! Review: We booked a weekend stay (10-12 Jun) at Imperial Lexis KL in the Executive Pool Room-Twin (Room 1902), and it was a complete disaster. The moment we entered, the room was dusty and dirty. We asked for housekeeping twice on the first day, but nothing changed. The worst part was the impact on our health. My son caught a terrible cold, and the rest of us, including adults, experienced severe itching and broke out in red rashes (see attached photos of my daughter’s back). It is absolutely unacceptable that a hotel marketed as luxury would have such poor hygiene that it makes guests sick. The photos show the red, irritated rash my daughter developed after just two nights in their bed. How can a hotel claim to be family-friendly when their rooms make kids ill? This is not just bad service—it is a health hazard. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this property if they value their health and comfort. Management needs to take a long, hard look at their housekeeping standards. Pros: Nothing. Cons: Disgusting room, caused illness (cold & skin rash), poor housekeeping, zero accountability.

It’s our first time here at Imperial Lexis KL and we totally enjoyed our stay here. Service was impeccable and prompt. Our needs were attended to, the breakfast spread was endless and the hotel room was clean and spacious for the 4 of us. I’d definitely come back!

Our family booked a 6-night stay at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The main issue was the yellow-coloured water. We were initially staying in the residence section and were later moved to the hotel tower, only to encounter the same problem again. Despite raising the issue multiple times, it was not resolved for two consecutive days. As a result, we decided to check out early for the well-being and comfort of our family. We also experienced heavy smelling of cigarette smoke entering the room through the central air-conditioning system, which was particularly unpleasant with young children in the room. During our stay, all three of my children fell ill with high fever, coughing, and diarrhoea, 1 after the other, requiring us to engage the doctor-on-call service. With this it added significant stress and concern during what was supposed to be a family holiday. For a hotel that is heavily promoted as a luxury destination, 5star hotel & I expected a much higher standard of maintenance, responsiveness, and guest care. Based on our experience, I would not consider it a family-friendly hotel. The hotel agreed to refund the remaining two unused nights after our early departure. However, despite several follow-ups, I have yet to receive any update or response from hotel management regarding the refund. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both its facilities and customer service.

Room was clean and comfy. The view from room was also very nice. Staff ensured room was clean thoroughly everyday. Appreciate it

Had an unforgettable birthday stay with this hotel, service from all staff was top notch 👍👍👍. 💯 % recommended

You can enjoy a beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur’s night skyline from the 51st floor. The room was very comfortable and clean. I especially loved the shower, as the water pressure was strong and refreshing. The only downside was that the breakfast selection was just average.

1)Delay for getting our room while check in , the room was delayed 1 hour time . The anwers from front desk is because peak season . 2)While booking , they didn’t mention the lounge entry dress code . After we visit the lounge only told that long pants required . 3)The lift need wait quite long time .
