Really beautiful resort! Exceeded my expectations. Breakfast buffet was really good, I was honestly impressed. I wish the bar and convenience store took card, but the fact that there was even a 7/11 there was great. Was about 15 mins away from old town which was around 35000+ dong by grab bike. Pool and beach were beautiful. Rooms were clean and looked like pictures. Friends also had a great time, would visit again!

What we had was not an international 5-star hotel standard. Far below Citadines standards that we have known of. I think they may have purchased and renovated this place so the little details still show. The room feels mouldy, the flooring is coming off... Breakfast feels like a food court. All the shops downstairs were closed. Location-wise, it is quite close to Hoi An ancient town by bike or car. Less than 10 min by car

We booked a three bedroom suite for three nights. The suite was spacious and clean. The swimming area was well maintained and very good for kids who just wanted to play in the water. The hotel was right next to the beach and the beach was clean and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. A good balance between western and Asian food. It got a bit crowded and it would be great if the place had air con. The location is not bad. It took us around 40 minutes to get to Da Nang airport and around 20 minutes to go to Hoi An old town. Overall, this is very good resort to spend a few days with young kids. At a very affordable price.

Very good hotel, helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay

We arrived during the Vietnam public holiday so it was quite crowded but the manager James has made everything pleasant and extra special to stay at the Citadines Hoi An. The view from the hotel room, and to see sun rise and sun set right from the balcony is quite an experience for us. Staff are friendly, though the breakfast venue can be a little bit chaotic. Overall a good hotel to wind down for a few days.

I had stayed at a Citadines property in the past and had high hopes based on the pictures and my previous experience, it was dissapointing. I'm not sure what is going on at the property but much of the facilities are closed/empty (eg shops, gym, dining options). The main pool was closed for maintenance while we there while this was not mentioned up front. The property has a beautiful location at the beach but it's a shame considering the current state.

Loved the excellent service, food was delicious and plentiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was so clean and the bed so comfortable, the best bed we had ever slept on while travelling overseas. The huge pool was amazing and so relaxing. The beach is right there as well. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you into Hoi An city for shopping and dining out. There is also a couple of restaurants you can dine in at the resort. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is massive and is right on the beach. Has a great pool and pool bar. The gym is big, spread over 2 floors which is great. The room is standard, nothing special but was nice enough. Balcony could have had some seating.

Massive hotel resort with a ton of amenities. Good clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall great.

Far from the City, always preference to the locals, breakfast was good.

Good location

Very old, clean enough. But I booked a room with a mini bar and balcony which room did not have.

This property had so much potential but it missed the mark with many things. #1 our Room did not have hot water initially we had to call someone to come fix it. #2 One of our comforters had blood spots on it, and in the other bedroom there was blood spots on the pillow case. #3 The kids club while nice is not cleaned often. When we went there.. there were food wrappers and empty drink bottles, and kids socks from previous visitors. We went back the next day and the same trash and kid socks were there so no one obviously try’s to clean up this place. #4 The shuttle times are very inconvenient and book up fast. The free shuttle was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel but the first shuttle doesn’t go to town til 5pm and stays til 9pm the latest. The shuttle trip really only allows for 3/4 families as well and books up fast. As big as your property is and as many visitors you can have you should offer more shuttle spots especially earlier in the day. #5 there are so many empty stores and closed businesses in the property. There really are hardly any amenties. No souvenir shops, the snack shop primarily has Korean/drinks and snacks not much local drinks and snacks. Our room Space and layout was nice, the breakfast was delicious. I wanted to love this property more but there were just too many issues for us.

Little far from the city. The pool is really huge. Just remember that you will have to walk a lot
