Tempat penginapan yang sangat menyenangkan, kakitangannya ramah, bilik kami tidak siap ketika kami tiba sehingga mereka menaikkan kami bilik yang indah yang dapat kami akses lebih awal, dan sarapan yang sangat baik juga,

Ia bersih dan kakitangannya baik. Sarapan pujian juga enak.

The breakfast has a lot of choices and have the waffle maker. The bad things is the air conditioner doesn’t work and very warm in the room even after sunset. The hotel just gave us a fan.

Hyper central hotel with excellent price quality ratio, very decent breakfast is a huge plus.

Well, I booked this trip for myself and my 4 children in October and paid in full. Little did I know last Wednesday when I arrived in London that they had booked me two queen rooms (1 queen bed). I was adamant when booking on trip.com that I had entered all 5 details and ages of all of us. Anyway, the manager had little sympathy considering I was standing in reception £1700 pounds down, and she was looking for another £240 x 3 for a third room. When I informed her that this was not possible, she agreed to charge me £80 per night times 3 = £240 to sleep on a couch. I kid you not. I slept on the couch. See the picture below. The level of customer service from the hotel was dreadful. The holiday at that point was not starting like the treat I was hoping for. I also had to ask three times if room service could make up the couch as a bed.

Staff is a bit unfriendly, but acceptable. Location is great , easy to find good food. But Quite strict to the Check out time at 11:00am. The staff downstairs went to my room at 11:02am asking me to leave.

One of the best stays we had in a while. Staff was very helping .. and allowed us to stay for couple of more hours after checkout time .

Clean hotel.Staff was friendly. Checkin was smooth. Hotel was close to hospital.🫣

I booked this room because it was close to the Old Vic theatre. My father has mobility problems and it’s only a short walk. Great location for busy Waterloo. The room was ok. We didn’t get the exact booking we made, and the hotel tried to trick us into thinking we had an upgrade at the desk. Food was good at the restaurant and the serving staff made a special effort at Christmas time. But it’s London, so it’s expensive!

Very good location with bus stops in front. The stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good and worth it. Only area I would recommend improving is providing water in the rooms.

Great hotel, free breakfast for all guests, superb service, alot of good eateries around the hood.

Very nice hotel! Very pleasant staff! Very convenient location! Tube station is a 2min walk.. bus stop 1min walk.. Definitely WOULD recommend!!

Everything is perfect if there were cooler inside the room.

Nice & clean! About 3 mins from Waterloo station on foot! Safe!
