Ulasan Sentosa Hotel (Taoyuan Branch Store)

Secara keseluruhannya tidak teruk, meja depannya bersemangat, saya ingin berenang selepas sarapan bufet pagi ini, tetapi lelaki kurus di meja depan kolam renang mempunyai sikap layanan yang buruk, tidak ada yang lain Kolam infiniti tidak teruk dan airnya bersih. Kemudahan di sekitarnya lebih lemah, terutamanya apabila makanannya sangat sedikit.

Hotel ini terletak di kawasan pusat bandar Nanshan. Terdapat banyak pusat membeli-belah di sekitar. Kereta bawah tanah berada di pintu untuk perjalanan yang mudah. Kali ini saya sangat bertuah. Saudara lelaki di meja depan Liu Zifeng juga menaik taraf suite dan memberi sarapan percuma. Lain kali saya datang ke Shenzhen, saya akan memilih hotel ini.

Ini adalah kali kedua saya menginap di Kedai Taoyuan. Kali pertama saya mendaftar masuk adalah kerana saya mendaftar keluar lebih awal dan saya berjumpa dengan Pengurus Liang yang ingin membantu menangani masalah itu. Kali ini, ketika saya tiba di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, Pengurus Liang menolong saya menaik taraf bilik saya. Saya terkejut! Menghadap kolam renang yang besar di tingkat bawah, memang indah.

Melihat bahawa saya membawa anak-anak untuk mendaftar masuk, Huang Min, kecantikan di meja depan, menolong saya menaik taraf suite. Sikap layanan juga sangat baik. Dia bertanya kepada anak-anak dengan mesra, dan mengetahui bahawa mereka ingin berendam di tab mandi pada waktu malam dan memberikan penutup tab mandi sekali pakai. Kerana kami keluar kemudian, Xiao Deng, kerani meja depan yang bertugas, membantu kami dengan daftar keluar lewat, dan tempat letak kenderaan percuma juga sangat selesa. Kanak-kanak sangat menyukainya, mengatakan bahawa tab mandi besar dan kolam renang tanpa batas adalah keuntungan terbesar percutian hujung minggu ini, tempat tidurnya juga selesa, dan saya mahu datang lagi😁

Satu: Terdapat masalah dengan logo hotel, dan agak kabur untuk mengikuti logo tersebut. Dua: Pelayan lelaki pada shift malam mempunyai sikap yang tidak baik. Tiga: Koridor hotel agak menyedihkan dan dirancang.

Good hotel, swimming pool nice. The guy from India in entrance of lobby very kind and speck good English so good point for the hotel. One thing I'm no happy for the Sauna they told us is broken...

This is my second stay at the Sentosa Hotel, which is conveniently located near the subway station. The room is clean and I like the swimming pool very much. Thanks to Mako at the front desk for his warm service, we will check in again next time.

The next morning, I also went to experience the breakfast, which was very rich and belonged to the buffet breakfast, with various products, a combination of Chinese and Western, and also provided meals for children, which was very thoughtful. My only regret is that I visited the outdoor swimming pool of the hotel, but due to the weather, I could not go there and experience it again in the summer. Spacious hotel room. It was too cold inside when we arrived with kids we asked for a heater theres only two on the premises. Breakfast was too simple, needed more variety. Best to visit in spring or summer
