I loved the Ivanhoe Punthill Apartments. The staff were friendly & always helpful - were able to give great tips and advice and any question I had regarding my stay they answered and helped with promptly. I loved it so much for my short 1 week stay, I rebooked my next 4 week stay. For a longer stay they put me on the floor with other longer stays so guests had minimal transfer of people on one floor. The apartment building itself was extremely safe in regards to locked floors and building access being locked when reception was not covered. There was reception from 7am to 8pm - so I felt extremely safe. They are also pet friendly, I had my cat stay & my dog - which the staff were awesome with and loved petting or doing an extra clean if I requested it (no extra cost!) The location is brilliant- so close to Heidelberg train station (legitimately 10 mins walk) and had plenty of shops nearby. To get into the city via an uber is 15-20 mins!
