Ulasan Narada Resort Hotel Sanya Pleasant Bay

My friends and I had a great stay at Primus. The hotel is in a really peaceful area, but it is a little drive away from most restaurants and shops. This didn’t bother us though as it wasn’t far in a didi. The room was clean and the view is stunning. On my second night I ran a bath and there was an issue with the water. They quickly upgraded me to an amazing villa which was amazing. The staff were all very helpful, especially Alisa who speaks great English (which was handy since my Chinese isn’t great) and helped me with a package issue I had. The bar area is quiet and has an amazing view. Food options for foreigners is a little bit limited but there were some options that we liked.

very quiet property. not really much around as property is pretty secluded. not much western meals available but plenty of quiet little nooks and crannies to chill in. Our stay was in the tower that was quite far from the tower that had the front desk and lobby in it. If you're looking for a quiet stay, this is your property.

This hotel is a distance from the main tourist area - it's about a 15 minutes taxi ride anywhere. The hotel itself is a little dated but clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Because it's removed from the main tourist zone its a lot quieter and the views of the inlet are beautiful to watch at sunrise and sunset. The wild life is prominent here. The facilities at the hotel are standard. The rooms are spacious and clean.

在萬寧旅行完過來三亞，找了一家還不錯的酒店，因為是星級酒店 ，管理體系都很是規範，從到店下車前廳門僮就很有禮貌的向前迎接並帶着去前台辦理入住，入住過程前廳同事也是很有禮貌的給我辦理入住，還免費升級了客房房型，入住期間房間打掃也是很好，住的也很舒服，環境很幽靜，下次來三亞還會選擇這家酒店，有需要酒店服務的話管家merry還有很禮貌貼心的安排，辦理退房的時候前廳小曾小雲我是很熱心在詢問住店體驗

衞生特別喜歡，環境很好。 離免税店不遠，蜈支洲島挺近。 挺喜歡小史經理很帥氣陽光，親和力強。 給予點贊十星好評！

本來三個姐妹一起的 有個不舒服沒來本來要取消的 畢竟他這裡有為數不多的1.8m雙床房 後來保留了房間入住給我們升級了視野超好的套房 還有歡迎水果和管家 水吧打卡還送了咖啡！！ 我們出去玩下午趕不到退房時間 幫我們延時退房到很晚！！讓我們放心去玩 強烈推薦 雖然説離景點遠了點 但是真的很舒服 房間和酒店也很漂亮

感謝君瀾ANDY小史熱心服務，房間安排非常好（景觀超讚，很安靜不嘈雜），服務貼心，這家君瀾房間寬敞乾淨，而且沒有潮氣，多數在海南住酒店房間潮濕不清爽。住了兩天，中午在酒店中餐廳吃飯，環境好和價格合理，整體體驗給五星好評！！！

沒有任何酒店服務，退房找不到人，住宿區沒有前台 房內設備很簡陋，床頭沒有插座無法充電，洗漱台也沒有插頭不能用吹風機 房內衹提供礦泉水，沒有任何飲料或者小吃接待 地理位置差，周邊沒什麼吃的和玩的看的，晚上黑黢黢，偏僻 七百多的價格不行，不知道哪來的這麼多好評，攜程也該好好把關

Andy服務一級棒，三亞悦瀾灣君瀾度假酒店一直都是我對於度假酒店的首選，奢華親切，温馨舒適，靠近大自然，特別適合森林康養，帶母親朋友出遊爬山玩得很開心，酒店的泳池維護的很好，早餐種類豐富味道也很棒，唯一感覺不足的就是感覺服務人員不是非常熱情友好，但是Andy非常熱情貼心，酒店如果再多一些這種員工，相信會發展的越來越好，還貼心根據我的行程給我延遲退房了，非常感謝！！這條五分點評寫給Andy，贊贊贊🤟🤟

妹妹推薦的酒店，環境衞生都不錯。酒店服務員的態度也很好。下次來三亞旅遊，繼續入住這個酒店。特別是前台小哥 Andy，幫我們免費升級房間，還交我們如何省錢，不錯不錯，這次旅途很滿意。

性價比超級高的酒店，房間很大房型很不錯，升級了庭院房有自己的小陽台，白天曬衣服晚上吹吹風很舒服，牙具很喜歡，水療很不錯哦這個價位在三亞很滿意了，尤其管家merry特別貼心負責，幫我們解決了很多問題🌹很滿意噢
