Très bel hôtel idéalement placé( beaucoup de chose a visiter à pied c’est très agréable), personnel serviable et agréable, il faut juste prévoir le parking en plus du prix de la chambre l’hôtel car pas de stationnement gratuit dans la rue de l’hôtel

The only thing good about the hotel was the location. Every thing else was bad. This is NOT a hotel you should book if you are driving and will like to park your car. The hotel will tell you that there is a huge public parking right across but will not tell you that to get to the parking lot will take 15 minutes of driving though walking back is 5 minutes. Also there are no clear directions and the whole old town is mostly one way. Hotel is old and not well maintained. Color scheme is very dark and lights very gloomy. Paint on walls and even doors are in bad shape. Washroom need lot of upgrades. I would never again stay in this hotel in fact will stay away from NH hotel chain.

The facial tissue run out only 2 left, I had to ask at the front desk, kind of unusual for a 5 star hotel, not paying attention to such service. And we paid over $200 per night. Hmmm

The concierge staff is very nice and friendly. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The stay was good overall. However, the cleaning lady entered my room twice in the morning although I was scheduled to check out on that day. While I had no doubt that she was only trying to do the cleaning without ulterior intentions, it did raise my alarm on the safety protocols of the hotel. Cleaning staff should not follow a policy of “ask for forgiveness rather than approval” when it comes to entering guest rooms. Also the luggage storage was self-help and open to public meaning that anyone could take any luggage without no question asked. It might be safer if a tag could be provided for the stores luggage.

This hotel is fantastic! The location is 2 minutes from the market square although it is quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was very large with a refrigerator, a desk and two chairs. The shower and sink are separate from the toilet which was awesome. Both of those rooms were large. This may be the nicest hotel I have stayed at in europe. It felt modern and luxurious from other places we have stayed at. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. I'm not sure what the room is called that we stayed in but it had one large bed.

Old fashion hotel but still in great condition. Lovely japanese garden in the middle is a big surprise or is it a thing in Belgium I do not know! Check in was a breeze and all the staff are nice and helpful. Room is great size with strong heater and hot shower. The only thing is the bath tub screen which is a bit small. We had a great sleep. The room is very clean. Breakfast is okay and the bar is nice to hang out at night for a drink or two. It is a bit far from the center if you walk but there's a bus stop very close by. Overall we would love to stay again for sure.

Personnel très professionnel, beauté l'intérieur de l’hôtel incroyable, petit déjeuner extra parfait. Piscine et salle de gym à disposition que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester malheureusement. Nous avons eu la change d'être surclassés car l'hôtel n'était pas complet ! Superbe chambre ! L'emplacement de l'hôtel rend difficile le parking de la voiture sans payer. La personne à l'accueil a surveillé notre véhicule le temps de monter nos bagages dans la chambre. ;)

My friends and I had a short visit to Bruges in may 2023. We stayed at this hotel. It was a wonderful experience. Hotel is beautiful and spotless. The hotel is near the canals and a small square, an easy comfortable walk to the main squares,resteraunts , bars and shops. It’s well looked after and frankly looks stunning. Rooms were equally as good with en-suite bathrooms. In the room that we had there was both a fridge and safe. Hotel has a small garden area, we were lucky enough to have good weather so we’re able to have drinks out there. Staff were friendly and helpful, I would like to note that the reception staff Cedric and Laura went above and beyond to be helpful. Taxis were booked (even after we checked out). We were allowed to leave cases in a secure room both before checking in and after checking out. I would recommend without hesitation and if ever in Bruges again would book without hesitation
