Hotel Mountain view di Zhoushan

I wish I had taken more photos of the hotel and the. room we stayed in. the hotel has a homey and welcoming feel. the beds are very Comfortable and the water pressure is good. the decorations are designed to make you feel the seaside feeling of the island. this hotel was so clean, the daily upkeep was meticulous even with my sandy children coming in from the beach, each time we returned to the room it was spotless. the owner of the hotel went above and beyond to help us understand the bus and ferry booking, he gave the best tips on where to go and what to see. there the island itself was busy but we found the beaches empty and the children had a Wonderful time playing in the waves. I will return and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to relax.

Everything was excellent! The hotel is very stylish, well maintained, clean. All is managed with love and care, every detail. Their sunsets are famous, but in 10 minutes of walk you'll also find a place to watch sunrise. The food is very tasty, too. However, what I would like to note paticularly, is the way they treat guests. All my questions were answered immediately, and they helped me a lot with booking the ferry tickets! The boss and all others are super helpful, nice and friendly! I stayed there only one night, but they treated me as if I were their favourite guest! Pick-up and transfer in the most convenient way, continuous contact via WeChat, preparing the dinner special for me and serving it outside - everything was done to make me feeling relaxed and happy. I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Gouqi Island. The room offered a beautiful sea view, which made our stay especially relaxing and memorable. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk to a lively food street with plenty of dining options to choose from. What truly made this experience exceptional, though, was the owner’s kindness and hospitality. When we unfortunately fell ill during our stay, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His support during that time meant a lot to us. He also kindly helped arrange transportation, which made everything much easier. To top it off, we were welcomed with a thoughtful gift at check-in, which was a lovely touch. I really can’t rate this hotel highly enough—both for the facilities and, most importantly, for the genuine care and generosity shown to us.

We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

除了貴沒啥可説……服務?什麼是服務?島上看不出來，衹要有錢啥都好説 這個利慾薰心的社會啊。號稱這島70年代是小香港。香港消費希望大家都懂……説住滿了人，其實就一家，其他房間都空着……早上醒來發現了蜈蚣，萬一被咬就麻煩了……

We are a big group. Good shuttle service going to hotel. However going back, they didn't inform us that their big van had issues. So when we were there for going back to the ferry, we had to go in batches. Other than that, the trip was peaceful. Outside resto is very famous but food was not spectacular but it was okay. Room smells moldy or cigarette, we got the rooms with windows. Strong shower, nice smelling shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

The hotel location is good but not ideal. The hotel did not answer my email inquiry. But they provided transport tranfer between the hotel and the wharf. However you needed to call them. The room was small and furnishing was old. Sound proof was bad and you could hear clearly the conversation from the next room. Advisable to bring comfortable ear plug when staying in 3-star hotel. Needed to walk about 10min to access restaurants and bus station where you had to pay CNY 5 or 10 to reach all the popular attractions on the island. The food on the island was more expensive than Shanghai. They have implemented a quota for the numbers of vistors daily. Foreign passport holder was unable to prebook all the tickets.
