Hotel Mountain view di Zhoushan

I wish I had taken more photos of the hotel and the. room we stayed in. the hotel has a homey and welcoming feel. the beds are very Comfortable and the water pressure is good. the decorations are designed to make you feel the seaside feeling of the island. this hotel was so clean, the daily upkeep was meticulous even with my sandy children coming in from the beach, each time we returned to the room it was spotless. the owner of the hotel went above and beyond to help us understand the bus and ferry booking, he gave the best tips on where to go and what to see. there the island itself was busy but we found the beaches empty and the children had a Wonderful time playing in the waves. I will return and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to relax.

Everything was excellent! The hotel is very stylish, well maintained, clean. All is managed with love and care, every detail. Their sunsets are famous, but in 10 minutes of walk you'll also find a place to watch sunrise. The food is very tasty, too. However, what I would like to note paticularly, is the way they treat guests. All my questions were answered immediately, and they helped me a lot with booking the ferry tickets! The boss and all others are super helpful, nice and friendly! I stayed there only one night, but they treated me as if I were their favourite guest! Pick-up and transfer in the most convenient way, continuous contact via WeChat, preparing the dinner special for me and serving it outside - everything was done to make me feeling relaxed and happy. I can’t speak highly enough of the front desk team at 普陀山三舍·梅岑府. They were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to assist with everything—from luggage handling to activity recommendations and transport arrangements. Truly top-notch service that made our stay stress-free. The location is another big plus. It’s super convenient, with bus stops right nearby that connect you to all the key sights on the island. Getting around was effortless. Inside, the hotel surprised us with its modern interior decoration—clean lines, tasteful furnishings, and a comfortable, contemporary vibe that sets it apart from more traditional options on the island. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Putuo Mountain!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Gouqi Island. The room offered a beautiful sea view, which made our stay especially relaxing and memorable. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk to a lively food street with plenty of dining options to choose from. What truly made this experience exceptional, though, was the owner’s kindness and hospitality. When we unfortunately fell ill during our stay, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His support during that time meant a lot to us. He also kindly helped arrange transportation, which made everything much easier. To top it off, we were welcomed with a thoughtful gift at check-in, which was a lovely touch. I really can’t rate this hotel highly enough—both for the facilities and, most importantly, for the genuine care and generosity shown to us.

We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Located right beside the beach, we could watch the beautiful sunrise from bed! The beachside cafe provided excellent breakfast and a place to relax after playing on the beach. All the staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed anything. 10 out of 10 for location, not only for the beach , but also for visiting the temples. We were a party of 5 people staying in three rooms beside each other. It felt like our own private accommodation with everything that we required, and not like a hotel. Truly amazing experience. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. Special mention also for the restaurant beside the cafe and very special mention (from an Irishman) for the very tasty traditional Chinese seafood dishes!

除了貴沒啥可説……服務?什麼是服務?島上看不出來，衹要有錢啥都好説 這個利慾薰心的社會啊。號稱這島70年代是小香港。香港消費希望大家都懂……説住滿了人，其實就一家，其他房間都空着……早上醒來發現了蜈蚣，萬一被咬就麻煩了……

Great location, very close to Pujie temple. Staffs are very helpful though they are not fluent in English. The restaurant nearby is superb with great staffs as well.

帶家裡倆老一起去祈福。 環境位置：我認為位置佳，離普濟寺步行10分鐘，離南海觀音正大門步行20分鐘，離紫竹林車站也近，非常方便。 這樣的地理位置，房價性價比算可以啦！ 服務：前台加上所有工作人員態度很好，解答耐心，挺滿意。 設施：確實比較老舊，房間有點黴味，主要房型設計的問題，沒有窗户通風。床有點軟。 另外滿意的兩點：酒店早餐也不算貴每位15元（早6點-8點半），我們因為早起沒起上，在路上買了一碗餛飩，一碗湯方便麪，一根煎年糕，花了70元，味道也一般。中午回酒店吃飯，點了一份酸菜魚，一份三鮮湯（有魚丸，大蝦和蟶子），量大，味道也不錯，才花了124元，也不算貴。 還有免費碼頭接送服務，也非常滿意，車子乾淨舒適，司機師傅態度也好，我們因下午去洛迦山，沒回酒店，酒店免費將寄存行李送至碼頭，非常方便。
