Hotel Mountain view di Zhoushan

Wonderful hotel. We stayed here two years ago, and then decided to come back again. The owner is really nice and helpful providing information about the island, where to go, where to rent a scooter. He helped me purchase flowers after proposing to my girlfriend. He also cooked us a delicious dinner after we purchased groceries at the market, better than Restaurant food. Nice guy with a good hotel, very clean and the location is nice. Two years ago we watched sunrise from the roof, this time it was too cloudy.

Everything was excellent! The hotel is very stylish, well maintained, clean. All is managed with love and care, every detail. Their sunsets are famous, but in 10 minutes of walk you'll also find a place to watch sunrise. The food is very tasty, too. However, what I would like to note paticularly, is the way they treat guests. All my questions were answered immediately, and they helped me a lot with booking the ferry tickets! The boss and all others are super helpful, nice and friendly! I stayed there only one night, but they treated me as if I were their favourite guest! Pick-up and transfer in the most convenient way, continuous contact via WeChat, preparing the dinner special for me and serving it outside - everything was done to make me feeling relaxed and happy. 本次入住鉑爾曼酒店體驗極佳，十分滿意。前台小姐姐接待熱情有禮，服務高效專業；客房乾淨整潔，空間寬敞，海景視野無敵了，海邊廣場音響十分擾民，酒店隔音雖尚可，但還是有點吵。客房服務貼心周到，響應及時。酒店早餐品類豐富，中餐廳海鮮價格合理，味道很不錯比外面海鮮排擋好，停車方便，地理位置優越，出行便利。整體品質在線，性價比高，下次來舟山還會選擇入住，強烈推薦。

I had an incredible experience during my stay! The amazing ocean view was truly breathtaking and made every moment unforgettable. The staff were incredibly nice, cooperative, and always ready to help, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location was absolutely perfect (be ready to climb some stairs 😄) and adding to the overall charm. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!

I had a very good stay at Healray Collection Zhizhu. The hotel is in a great location by the water, and although it’s a little distance from the wharf, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off service. They were extremely responsive—even when I only requested a pick-up about half an hour before arrival, everything was arranged smoothly. The room was comfortable with modern facilities, and the hotel feels very well renovated and well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent—the cleaning lady was very friendly and would clean the room promptly whenever guests stepped out. Staff were always around and readily available. The reception staff and doorkeeper were also very friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and willing to assist whenever needed. The location is another plus, with only a short walk to the famous Guanyin statue. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to the area.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Located right beside the beach, we could watch the beautiful sunrise from bed! The beachside cafe provided excellent breakfast and a place to relax after playing on the beach. All the staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed anything. 10 out of 10 for location, not only for the beach , but also for visiting the temples. We were a party of 5 people staying in three rooms beside each other. It felt like our own private accommodation with everything that we required, and not like a hotel. Truly amazing experience. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. Special mention also for the restaurant beside the cafe and very special mention (from an Irishman) for the very tasty traditional Chinese seafood dishes!

One of our best stays in China! This place was absolutely amazing. The ladies running it are hilarious and always made us laugh. First of all - the rooms are really good for the price. We got upgraded to a much better room after our first night, free of charge. It’s also conveniently located next to grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, while still being a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle. The food here is really good too - the (included) breakfast as well as what you can buy for lunch/dinner is really fresh. Because of the language barrier they tried to accommodate by providing more “western style” breakfasts for us, but when we realized and asked about it they made us a second breakfast that was like the one everyone else got. They also helped us out with a driver to take us to the abandoned village, and booked our tickets back to Shanghai. Also, the aircon here is FAST and reliable which we’ve realized isn’t a given after a few weeks in China. So that’s another (small yet important) plus for sure! Usually I like to explore different places and stay at different accommodations if/when I revisit places, but I’d probably make an exception and stay here again if I ever come back to visit the island!

Hotel has good location. There is free shuttle service from the port to the hotel. Outside the hotel has many restaurants and is near the temple. The staff is very accomodating especially 石志勇先生. His service and assistance helped our stay become very comfortable and convenient.

已經是第二次入住了，因為它的位置非常好，在普濟寺和紫竹林的中間，去這兩個地方都步行可達。酒店提供了碼頭接送服務，因酒店沒有電梯，還專門有服務員幫忙提行李上落房間，做得很貼心。房間雖小，但是乾淨衞生，洗澡熱水大，空調勁給力。就是我住的房型有個天窗，因為不懂如何遮擋光線，天亮的早就房間太光亮，後來發現其實窗户下方是有一個遮陽的機關的。下次過來還會選擇住這裏。
