All our stay was pre-booked from India, including the breakfast for different time periods in Frankfurt as we had kept it as a base to travel the country. This review is about the second leg when our family of 4 had booked a 2 room apartment with a washing machine and dryer. Since we had a lot of laundry to do after being 10 days on the road, I decided to run the machine right away. But as much as I tried, the washing machine would not start. I called the reception and no one responded. I went down to the reception - and there was a girl called Lydia to whom I explained that we were tired and also needed fresh clothes soon. She was most unhelpful and said that she couldn't leave the desk! All I wanted was some housekeeping help! Later none of the staff who came to check could figure out and they went back to this Lydia - who then came and instructed how to use it!! I told them - they should have an instruction table written on the machine - so that no need bother them. In any case - 3 hours could have been saved if the lady had taken 5 minutes off from her desk to help the customer. Really left a bad taste. After having travelled the world and seen some exemplary hospitality in different countries, this episode and the employee did nothing for her country's reputation. Also, in all the apart hotels that we have stayed in Europe- there cleaning after 3 days. Here it is for one week!! How are hotel guests or tourists expected to stay for one week without cleaning? In the 3rd leg, we had checked out of this room and my husband I moved to a smaller room ( we were to move to another hotel, but decided to stay here - which was a mistake). The A/C never worked and August is a hot month in Germany. No one arrived to see or check the air conditioner. During the last check out - was the perhaps the last straw. That will need another review of its own.

При заселении взяли дерозит саsh 150 евро,при выселении не вернули ссылаясь на то что сотрудника нет и в системе не показан депозит.Сказали разберутся и ответят на мейл.В целом всё хорошо.

We were in Frankfurt several times during a visit to family and traveling with a group in Gernany and France this year. We were in the adagio for several days, with my wife and I in one room, and three friends in another. I found a mostly-new hotel with rooms with kitchenettes sitting next to the Marriott, with rooms about half the price. I especially liked that we could cook in the adagio and not have to go out if we didn't want to. We could also go down to the lobby and grab a beer or coffee ( you pay for it, of course) in a pinch. Buffet breakfast ( but I didn't eat it) was about 20 euros. The place seemed empty. I asked the front desk fellow if it was new. He said they opened 6 years ago, but for 2.5 years, no one came---so yes, basically, new. Right in the middle of Frankfurt. Highest recommendation. Enjoy your travels.

Ci siamo trovati in questo hotel x caso perché dove avevamo prenotato c'era stato un problema. Appartamento sufficientemente grande x 3 persone Bagno con asciugamani e accessori.. Servizio letti e pulizia tutti i giorni.. Possibilità di fare colazione a 12,00 € a testa.. Zona da cui puoi raggiungere in meno di 20 minuti il centro e nei dintorni ristoranti di tutti i tipi.. tanti italiani. Direi che.. non ci è mancato niente.. Ringraziamo la segreteria del mattino che gentilmente ci ha fornito le indicazioni richieste.. Grazie..

The location was perfect. The room we had, had a balcony so we could sit outside. Blinds and curtains to black out the room. Near the street but it was very quiet. Spacious bathroom. All amenities were there as mentioned in the list. Near the old town. Close enough to the city. Supermarket one step across the building. A lot of parks around. Easy to get there. Good parking space if you reserve it up front. A lot of restaurants on walking distance, if you like walking.

What a welcoming, smart, clean and super comfortable experience. I was a weary traveler and the apartment felt like a spa treatment. The hosts had thought of everything and communication with them was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Ich hatte mir das Apartment für 4 Nächte gebucht, da ich in Frankfurt eine Fortbildung besucht habe und ein Apartment mit Küchenzeile haben wollte. Der Online-Check-In funktioniert reibungslos, das ist ein Pluspunkt. Die Zimmer jedoch sind Katastrophe. Die Dusche war total verschimmelt, im Bett lagen fremde Haare, die Küche war so dreckig, dass ich da nicht kochen wollte und auch die Wände sahen sehr mitgenommen aus. Der Kundenservice war jedoch schnell zu erreichen und hat mir für die Nacht ein neues (größeres) Apartment zur Verfügung gestellt und am nächsten Tag würde in mein ursprüngliches Apartment eine Putzkraft kommen. Jedoch war mein neues Apartment auch nicht zu 100% sauber und ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt. Nach mehrmaligem Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice konnte ich letztendlich nach der einen Nacht kostenlos und unter voller Rückerstattung stornieren und mir ein neues Hotel suchen. Dafür gebe ich den 1 Sternen! Außerdem war es leider nicht möglich die Klimaanlage/Lüftung komplett auszustellen.
