They had a good breakfast with very nice coffee The room was hot and not the best stay l had - the bad was very hard but maybe some guest like it this way The room service forget to provide me free water and cups and tea ☕️ The Italian restaurant is great for dinner Near by currently is a construction site so it’s getting very busy and very noisy

Todo limpio perfecto,instalaciones de calidad,silencioso,lo unico que le falta para ser perfecto es un poco de humanidad ,recervé por accidente,un habitacion eb un dia equivocado y vajo ni gun pretexto dejaron cancelarla,a pesar que tome una noche extra con ellos solucionando el problema ,con la esperanza de que ellos aceptarian anular la noche equivoca, pero la codicia pudo mas y no la cancelaron,porque simokemnete su estructura de rigidez emocional o falta de empatia se los prohibe,que feo gesto hacer esto a pesar de haner cogido una noche,fue pedido a tiempo,ellos tendrian tiempo de ofrecerla,es simoplemente mala voluntad,el.hotel parece perfecto,pero a pesar de esto para mis nuevos viajes,no volveré aquí,hay muchos mas hoteles cerca del aeropuerto,y por supuesto no recomendaré ni a mis colegas ni amigos,ni al en cargado de mi trabajo que haga booking con este hotel

位置很好，同時離車站那些homeless 較遠。對面就是skyline的商場很方便日常生活採購，酒店門口正在施工，路邊停車可以繞道附近也是有可能的。 整體感覺不錯。

Value for money. Location 1 stop subway line from the central station, tram wise 3 stops away from central station. tram station just a foot step away from the hotel. Overall cleanliness can be improved, dust is around the apartment. Bed is comfortable. Dish washer in the room. Service wise other than check in no further interaction with the staff. Check in can be improved. We were in the q and only 1 person is serving despite the other check in staff is available.

Great location near the airport T2 and the free shuttle service from airport is good for travellers, although the pick up location at airport could be confusing as the bus doesn't pick up at hotel shuttle area but in front of gate 8/9. Room is clean and tidy although small, but there's no facial tissue provided. Kitchen with full kitchen appliances plus tools is provided for those who cook. Laundry room is available at cost.

Location ist nicht schlecht, ganz in der nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Zimmer schaut auch recht okay aus aber dennoch sehr eng, enger als bei einem Hotelzimmer zu dem gleichen Preis, man kann sogar das fenster nicht ganz aufmachen, da das Bett im Weg ist. Dafür das dies aber als quasi-apartment geworben wird, hätte die Ausstattung etwas besser sein können. Die Schneidebretter (Holz und Plastik) waren schon sehr benutzt und die beschichtete Pfanne die man zur Verfügung gestellt bekommt, war total verkratzt und dadurch krebserregend und unbrauchbar. Den Fernseher, den man sogar mit Netflix hätte benutzen können, konnten wir leider auf diese Art nicht nutzen, da dieser nicht mit dem Internet verbunden war. Nach Nachfrage hieß es per Mail, dass dies mit dem Fernseher gemacht wird, wie wo und wann wurde nicht gesagt und da wir nur paar Tage dort waren, kam dies in der Zeit nie zustande. Ebenfalls wurde erwähnt, dass neue Pfannen schon bestellt wurden, was uns nichts gebracht hat. Die Küche ist natürlich praktisch, jedoch denke ich wäre es eine gute Idee, Öl sowie Salz und Pfeffer bereitzustellen. Im großen und ganze denke ich nicht, dass ich dort nochmals buchen werde aber für jemandes, vor allem für einzelpersonen, denke ich ist es keine schlechte Idee, wenn man eine Küche in Anspruch nehmen möchte.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! Me were warmly welcomed by the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. And the breakfast was a real highlight,you can eat admiring the beautiful view of Frankfurt. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

Das Hotel ist einfach nur top. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, dennoch nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt. Der Check in läuft digital einfach nur super danke an das ganze Hotel Team

As other guests write, some proceedings are required to get access to the room. You have to send an e-mail to the hotel so that you receive two access codes. The first is for the building, and the second is for the room area. In order to get into your room, you have to enter the first code, and if it is confirmed, enter the second code. From the second time, you only need to enter the second code to get into the room. Since I was not able to download the manual, I asked another guest on the same floor how to enter the room. The room as such was excellent and convenient in its location near a supermarket and the S-Bahn train station.
