We liked the fair price and the setup of the rooms with a small kitchen an separate main bedroom and sleeping sofa. We were three people and there were only towles & blankets prepared for two people, even though we booked for three. There was one spare blanket without cover in the bed frame but it had blood stains all over it.... Disgusting!!! Check in and check out was easy even though the staff was undertrained and slow The location is great! 5 minutes to the S-Bahn Station Gateway Gardens and 15 Minutes from the airport on foot. There is also a Rewe right around the corner. The Hotel advertised its own parking, but you had to reserve your parking spots beforehand for 22€a day. Right around the next corner was a much more modern parking garage and it costed only 20€ a day and there were plenty parking spots left. So choose wisely

We were looking for a hotel quite close to the main station but reading all the reviews you don’t stay near the station unless you’re happy with people drug taking, people unconscious on the street in a not very nice area! It is well worth the 15 minute walk to the hotel, or a 5 minute taxi ride. Reception is on the 4th floor and the two receptionists were lovely speaking fluent English. Our room was on the sixth floor. The room was clean and just what we were hoping for with a great view overlooking the City. The hotel is decorated to a good standard and we felt very safe in the surrounding area. We will definitely stop here again in Frankfurt.

I have previously reviewed this hotel and I am happily doing it again, because this hotel is really super. The staff is very friendly, the location is great and the rooms are in super condition, super clean and spacious. The value for money is outstanding. We love also that the Skyline Plaza is opposite and you can easily pop by to get some shopping done, get some take away etc. We have not tried the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. We come here twice in December each year since about 6-7 years, when we are on our way to Nothern Germany and we do a one-night-stop here, and we stopping here again on our way back home to Switzerland. We will certainly continue to do so. The only critical point is that the pillows are far too high. We always as for flatter ones and they are usually provided.

Excellent location, on a walkable distance to the center, Zeil, the old town, restaurants, stores and even close to the S-Bahn station ”Ostendstraße” with which one you can go to the airport for about 30 minutes. The river view was spectacular, even better than showed in the photos! The apartment was very clean and tidy, everything needed was there - soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, even salt and pepper. The Housekeeping team was coming to clean the apartment 2-3 times per week. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, there is a restaurant in the hotel, where you can order breakfast and I believe dinner too. I would love to come back again!

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Apartments. Check in und Check out ist sehr unkompliziert Gerne wieder.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet sehr modern man fühlt sich nicht wie in einem Hotel uns ist etwas unter den Schrank gefallen und da ist uns aufgefallen das da nicht sauber gemacht wird viel Staub und dreck deswegen nur 4 Sterne für Sauberkeit Wir konnten problemlos unser Haustier mitnehmen deswegen ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert

Ma fille et moi meme sommes venu visiter la ville de Francfort pour 5 jours en décembre. Nous avons vécu un ENFER dans cette résidence. A telle point que nous avons du changer d'hotel au 3 eme jour ne nous sentant pas du tout en sécurité. Et bien sur personne pour vous répondre et aucun rembour*****t possible: Nous sommes arrivés ma fille et moi même a 15H30 a la sortie de l'aéroport , nous étions assez fatigué et nous avons décidé de prendre un peu de temps pour nous reposer dans l'appartement que nous avions réservé sur *********** qui au passage n'ont absolument pas gérer nos problèmes, vu que PERSONNES danc cette résidence ne fait quoi que se soit. Nous sommes rentré dans l'appartement, une odeur de tabac intenable flottait dans la chambre alors que nous ne fumons pas. Nous avons appeler le service client qui nous a dit que c' était cette ”chambre” ou alors que nous devions relouer une autre ... dans la foulée ma fille appel booking qui eux bien entendu ce sont dédoinnés en nous disant que cela était du resort de la résidence. Nous avons donc du supporter cette odeur ... mais ce c'était que le début. Nous avons voulu faire une sieste mais Oh surprise les draps du lit de ma fille étaient .... Sale, visiblement non changé avec des cheveux dans le lit et meme une trace d'urine plus bas. Nous rappelons le service client qui nous informent qu'ils passeront le lendemain pour changer les draps.... donc ma fille a du dormir dans des draps soulliés .... Mais se n'est pas fini. Nous sommes sorti manger un morceau dans un petit restaurant à coté de la gare , En rentrant nous croisons dans le hall de la résidence 3 jeunes pas très claire qui nous l'apprendrons le lendemain trafique de la drogue et surtout font du proxénétisme dans la résidence. je vous laisse imaginé deux femmes seul dans une residence non sécurisé. Comment sont ils rentrés ? tous simplement en réservant et cela leur permet d'avoir un lieu de deal et des appartements pour la ************. notre nuit fut pas mieux ... toute la nuit des portes ont claqués des cris et meme vers 4H30 la police est intervenu pour une dispute qui a dégénéré l'appartement en dessous du notre. Nous avons donc dès le lendemain demandé un rembour*****t pour aller dans un lieu plus sécurisé.... nous avons reçu un refus de la direction. Ma fille ne voulant absolument pas rester dans cette ” résidence” c 'est notre réservation complete que nous avons perdu soit 635 euros . N'y allez pas. OU alors préparez vous a vivre une expérience unique. La direction n'a que pour but de prendre de l'argent sans chercher a gerer quoi que se soit . Je n'ai jamais mis aucun commentaire de mes précedent voyage mais là c'est bien trop grave pour que laisse passer cela. Nous avons signalé a l'office du tourisme l'établis*****t

Ich habe 3 Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel, das sicherlich nicht zu den besten und sichersten Vierteln der Stadt gehört (Schmutz, Obdachlosigkeit, Drogen, Kriminalität). Ich habe das Hotel bewußt trotz der Lage gebucht (es verfügt immerhin über eine gute Anbindung), war aber sehr erschrocken und erstaunt über die mangelnden Sicherheitsvorkehrungen im Hotel: Jede/r Straßenpassant/in kann ohne Probleme zu den Hotelzimmern vordringen, weil weder das Treppenhaus, noch der Fahrzug einen gesicherten Zugang haben. Mein Zimmer war recht lieblos (Flecken an den Tapeten, sehr weiche Matratzen, keine Matratzenschoner) und einfach/billig eingerichtet, was bei dem Preis nicht verwundert, und sehr hellhörig. Verwundert hat mich aber dennoch die mangelnde Sauberkeit: Haare auf dem Boden, dicke Staubschichten auf den Fußleisten, Lichtschaltern und Co. Wasserflecken auf Armaturen, Duschwand, schmutzige Toilette... Leider hat meine freundliche Bitte nach der ersten Nacht, das Zimmer nochmal gründlich zu reinigen, gar nichts gebracht. Meine Erfahrungen mit dem Personal waren durchwachsen: Meine Reinigungsbitte wurde vom Morgenportier sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Der Abendportier, der für Empfang und Rechnungserstellung zuständig war, war komplett unprofessionell, überfordert und unfreundlich. Ich würde eine Übernachtung in diesem Hotel NICHT empfehlen, da ich mich zum einen geekelt und zum zweiten überhaupt nicht sicher gefühlt habe.
