I booked 12 nights here for my wife and I. We both had a great time. The choice restaurants was good. Bookings them via the app was quite straightforward. The beach was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Mariolos. The only negative was booking through TUI. The TUI rep didn't appear for the duration of our stay. The transfer from the airport was badly organised. But I must stress the hotel/resort was fantastic. If you plan to Scuba Dive I would recommend Dressel Divers 200 metres down the beach.

We had an incredible experience at Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus! The resort's stunning beachfront location, top-notch amenities, and exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, and the entertainment options were endless. I highly recommend this tropical paradise for an unforgettable vacation! Rooms are lovely. (We had a sea view). On check in we was given a “normal” room with no balcony or sea view in fact Over looked the hotel next door so was practically a wall. When we addressed that this was not what we had booked. We was tilt that there was no secure available and could we go back in the morning. We agreed as we was tied from the journey. Fortunately we was given the room before 10 the following day. It seems they do this to practically everyone who has booked a sea view. That said the rooms are lovely cleans daily, fresh towels when requested and hot water at any point in the day(unfortunately this is not the case for everyone) fridge also stocked daily (beer, coke, lemonade,Canada Dry & water) they is also a coffee machine in the room. (Again not all rooms have these facilities). I think maybe just seaview rooms. Food was very average.(not always hot) in the buffet restaurant. However the food in the restaurants was good and is waiter service. They are not very busy so it’s a nicer more relaxed atmosphere The staff where miserable, unwilling to assist and very ignorant (with the exception of 3 or 4). Maybe it was a language barrier at they seemed ok with the Spanish speaking clients. Lots of work needed with customer service, attitude, and etiquette. Pool area need a over haul. (Slip,trip hazards, broken and loose pavers. One of the pools pumps was broken for 10 days of our stay so it had a green pond like slick in it. In my opinion it should of been closed off (infection hazard). Entertainment team was not very enthusiastic. No encouragement to get people involved. Overall not a great experience but we made the best of what we had. We will not be returning!!!
