I checked in around 11pm, they gave me a room with an internal door connecting with the room next door, I felt very insecure as a solo female traveller, it's my first time in New York. I called the front desk, one of the night shift managers, and she told me it was full, there were no other rooms available for me to change. I shouldn't worry about it, she kept repeating herself like a dozen times. I said they didn't give me any heads up in advance, if I knew the room was like I wouldn't even bother to stay here, however it was late, I had no way to go, just have to stay with no choice. I couldn't sleep at all, wasnt comfortable to take a shower at night. only took a quick shower in morning, the facilities are old and overrated, they didn't even provide you any bottle water as the other hotels do. Very disappointed.

This is not Hilton, Dosent offer Slipers , dosent offer water !! , room is so dark no much light , asked for water they asked me To bring it myself from second floor at 1am with 3$ one bottle , hotel Service dosent help for pickup bags to the room !! , elevator is not easy To ride even found one empty elevator the cleaning staff booked for them selves and said ( no ) not to take the elevator !!! , small rooms finally this is not Hilton what i know .

Very nice and comfortable for New York. Close to the subway station and a few good eats nearby. Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are also nearby. Friendly check in and out staff. Only surprised they do not provide complimentary bottled water. I recommend.

For a hotel with 44 levels, one would expect the elevators at the least to work well. Experienced long wait times for the elevators, only to walk down the stairways from 22nd floor. The complimentary WiFi did not have internet connection after guest login via browser.

Room wasn’t always cleaned, sometimes everything was just brushed under here and there to hide it away. Had to call to request the room to be cleaned every other day. Extremely slow lift and at peak times you would have to wait at least 10-20 mins. Staff was good, location great.

There was no hot water, we had to shower with cold water. Elevator was a nightmare!!! For a hotel that has 44 floors there was only 2 elevator that was working. People were lined up for elevator. Takes 30 mins to get a spot.

I am satisfied with my overall stay at this hotel. The issue I had was with regards a safety issue which I did bring to the attention of the manager on Duty the next morning. Our lift got stuck on the 37th floor, there were 5 people in the lift at the time. We rang the emergency bell, shouted for help. one guest phone his wife to tell the reception staff that we were stuck. We were in that lift for 15 minutes with NO response from the hotel. We managed to pry ourselves out of the lift. Not a single staff member came to our rescue and the following morning when i reported the incident to the manager, the incident had not even been logged by reception. This was my only issue with this hotel Dean Darron Albertus

On the first night, there was a problem and there was no water from around 8pm to 2am. Fortunately, I showered earlier for that day so it was fine except I didnt brush my teeth. When the water came back on, it was brown and the water for the shower didn't came back on in the morning but was alright when I came back in the evening.

I truly enjoyed my stay it was very clean, great hospitality the service agent Stacy was amazing she truly went above and beyond. They accommodated all my needs and even with flight delay and reservation issues they still made sure I had an awesome stay. The buffet in restaurant was tasty and definitely worth the price for breakfast. Truly a great location to get to all the places we needed to go. I would definitely book again.

The room was clean and hotel staff had done a great job for the house keeping. The 3 lifts are not enough and slow for so many rooms in the building. And a swimming pool is missing for a hotel. Location wise, it's in a quiet and safe area.

No water available for shower and toilet at the last night. In the morning, the tap water is still not available and it is in white color. Room is clean and neat

Was unable to get early check in even though requested a few months back when initially booked. But that’s ok, they had a convenient luggage hold. And checkin at the ready time was very smooth! Biggest issue with this specific location, they have over 40 floors of rooms and only 2 elevators. It took forever to catch one anytime coming back to the room.

The elevator is an nightmare when check out time. It’s very slow and tiny. Please be aware an extra 30 mins for waiting elevator.
