Отель шикарный, хорошее местоположение, но, подвел таракан в номере, уборка, два дня вообще не убирали номер, пока не подошли к уборщице и не сказали, его просто пропускали, по неизвестным причинам, номер с видом на океан (брали делюкс) дали на бассейн, шумный, днём орут купающиеся, ночью слышна дискотека, так что имейте в виду, еда не особо вкусная, арбузы и дыни безвкусные, больше всего в отеле пенсионеров, персонал пофигистичный, они тут не заморачиваются, сколько раз приходили на завтрак не было чистых столов, оставались грязные тарелки с едой, от предыдущих гостей, приходилось бегать по всему ресторану искать место куда бы сесть и будут ли там чистые приборы, люди садились с завтраком за грязные столы, или же где не было приборов, сервис на 3. В целом хорошо, но могло бы быть и лучше!

I have mixed feelings this time despite being super happy each time in the past. The new rules for the checking out process were never mentioned or explained at the arrival and made us feel like opportunists trying to rob the hotel. We loved our all-inclusive stress stress-free stay but the last experience at the hotel spoiled our moods. We were told that from noon after checking out we were not guests anymore and we frankly were made feel so unwanted there. We could not join the lunch anymore even though we arrived too late for lunch on our first day, we could not even charge our phones as it is for the guests only and obviously from noon we are not guests anymore. The receptionist told us that we arrived at 2.45 pm on our first day so 15 min should be enough to check in, find the room, check online info about the hotel with bad internet access and have lunch - honestly how could we even have such a conversation? I wonder if she had been supplied with notes regarding everything we did during our stay - how much we ate or drank or how long it took us to take the shower? The waiting area has all sockets disconnected as we were not guests after noon and this would be too much to allow us to charge our phones at least. This was never the case before and there is no info about these new rules anywhere. Someone could have mentioned it on our arrival so we would not feel treated in such a bad way while leaving the hotel. Well done management - something went wrong. Anna
