This hotel is perfect for a night or two, or as a starting or ending point for a trip to the Philippines. All the necessary infrastructure and services are nearby, including McDonald's, 7-Eleven, and a ton of other options. There's a cafe just 20 meters to the right of the hotel exit that offers all sorts of food and drinks. However, there are no suitable or comfortable swimming beaches here. If you don't mind the number of ships and the port life, and just want to use the time to sunbathe, then it's fine. Otherwise, everything at the hotel is great for a short stay, especially for a group. It has everything you need. I recommend it.

It was so good. It was a little hard to find the room, but it's easy once you understand it~ Go to the 4th floor and then go to each tower. The door handle is an electronic door lock~ I didn't know that, so I had to go back down and come backㅜㅋ The downside is that it costs 500 pesos to change the towels..? I was going to Belmont but came here and I was so satisfied~ The bed mattress was nice too~ However, the bathtub and washing machine... were a little dirty... I think it would be better to think that you can't use them. I would 200% come back^^ When checking out, you just have to sign the check-out form at the counter on the 1st floor and go~ There was no separate deposit or room check.

Kitchen utensils were also available and I was able to stay without inconvenience. The water pressure in the shower is a little weak, but you can take a shower without any problems. It was very good.

There was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈

We would like to share our experience during our recent stay. Unfortunately, it was not fully satisfactory. We checked in at 7:00 PM, but there was no consideration or flexibility regarding the check-out time, which was disappointing. The room also had a damaged faucet that should have been repaired prior to guest use. Although the room was advertised for five persons, we were only provided with one bed and one small foam on the floor, which was not comfortable for our group of three adults and two children. Additionally, the table in the room was small and only suitable for two persons, with only two chairs provided, which was not enough for our group. Overall, our stay did not meet our expectations. We would rate our experience at 75%. We hope management can address these concerns to improve future guest experiences.

If you’re looking for a clean and cozy Airbnb near the airport with pool and gym access, this is a solid choice. The location is very convenient, especially for early flights or short trips. The unit feels new and well-maintained, with a cozy and modern interior. It comes with fast WiFi and Netflix, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with complete appliances is perfect if you prefer cooking your own meals. Towels and basic guest kits were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated having access to the swimming pool and gym. The pool was spacious enough to enjoy without feeling crowded. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the overall stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped Airbnb with great amenities and a convenient airport location. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel — it’s clean, comfortable, and definitely worth it for the price. For a budget-friendly option, it exceeded expectations 👌 Just a heads-up: they don’t provide a toothbrush and toothpaste, so make sure to bring your own. Overall, still a great experience — would stay again!

I checked in late, around 10 PM, but the staff responded quickly and the service was good. Since I checked in late, I couldn't use the hotel's services, but I think it would be a good place to stay for half a night or for a late check-in. The downsides are that it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the downtown area, and the room smells a bit musty. If you can tolerate that, it is decent enough for a one-night stay.

Go back to 50’s? Book @Crown Regency Residences as you will have a detour and refresh to what was in 1950’s .Hope the place will be restored back to its looks and maintains the antique Era. Also the staff are friendly and hospitable, though that old/stained tiles that need to be replaced, the painting, the tub hope will be improved. But still am happy with my stay for I saw antique that my ancestors once have as well.

The Residences need updating and I had a problem with roaches in two different rooms. The hotel was nice about it and moved me to different rooms, in the end I changed to a deluxe room in the Hotel, my recommendation would be to select the Hotel rather than the residences as the hotel has been updated and the residences haven't yet and badly need to be done. Whether in the residences or the hotel rooms the TV and their use of IPTV is difficult as the tv movie program often cuts out due to the internet signal being poor and it is a pain to get it to back onto the channel. Even with the difficulties of bugs in the two rooms I had at the residences I was not offered anything complementary or any form of compensation. The breakfast was okay with lots of options mostly Filipino style items, however when I asked for a latte I was told it would be an extra charge, black normal coffee is standard. It is close to Ayala mall.
