Very nice staff, pretty hotel, right across from the gare and tram, around the corner from the castle and old town center. Those are the “goods”. However, we were given family room 111 which faces the street. The air conditioning was not working well, and when we opened the windows, there was the sound of the train, people fighting, or couples. We asked to have the air fixed but were just as uncomfortable the second night. The “rooms” are separated by sliding bamboo curtains, which made it impossible to sleep until the last person went to bed. Breakfast was very sp**** at the €14 per person charge. But reception staff was impeccably nice. I think we would choose a real hotel with real beds and real doors next time.

Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits sans rien à redire. Quartier calme à quelques centaines de mètres du marché couvert de Talensac qui regorge de bons produits locaux tous les matins. Possibilité de faire quelques courses dans la rue :à moins de 100 mètres, vous aurez 2 boulangeries, un délicieux traiteur italien, une pâtisserie, un restaurant asiatique…. Récupération des clés en toute autonomie en dehors des heures d’ouverture de la réception, ce qui est bien pratique. Chambres très propres avec des salles de bain assez grandes.l’espace cuisine est tout petit mais bien suffisant pour faire cuire ou réchauffer un plat. Équipements de cuisine satisfaisants (poêle, casserole, assiettes, verres , couverts, …)pour 2 personnes. Aux heures d’ouverture de la réception, possibilité d’acheter des boissons et des plats cuisinés. Pas d’avis sur le petit déjeuner car nous avons réussi a manger dans la chambre tous les jours. La table est petite pour manger effectivement mais on fait avec. Un axe d’amélioration : remplacer la cafetière filtre (pas pratique sans acheter un grand paquet de filtres et de café ) par une cafetière à dosettes avec vente des dosettes à la réception.

Nous y avons séjourné 1 nuit, notre grande surprise en ouvrant le logement, il était très grand et propre, nous avons l'habitude de zénitude Bordeaux où les chambres sont toutes petites. La piscine par contre est un peu petite pour le nombre de personnes mais chauffé . Nous avions pris l'appartement 1 chambre. Je vous conseil cette hôtel 👍

Très bel emplacement dans le quartier médiéval avec des restaurants aux pieds. Chambre, au 1er étage, n'était pas trop chaude malgré des températures de canicule. vue sur une ruche mais pas de soucis avec les abeilles qui restent à proximité de la ruche. Dommage qu' elles aient pas plus de plantes fleuries à butiner sur les toits.

Though the interior is a bit old, it has all basic amenity and appliances for your use. Mattress and bed quilt are comfortable. Staff is friendly. It is important to note the reception is not located in this apartment address and you need to check-in in Garden Hotel which is at the concern of the street (2 to 3 min walk). Though they put a print out on the door, they are written in French. I did ring them to confirm the check-in address.

Belle surprise. Un hôtel classe. Grande chambre calme avec vue sympa sur le fleuve et lit xxl. coin cuisine. Le tout à l air plutôt neuf. Très bon petit déjeuner varié sucré et salé. Tb accueil du personnel. Une bonne situation à 15 mns à pied de la gare. Je recommande

Location is convenient for train station and a good 15 minutes walk to the centre. Good size rooms - clean Breakfast offers a decent choice. There is a small kitchen in the room which can come handy I stayed there 5 nights on business - and the only issues I faced was the room cleaning during the week - very off and on Had one day where the toilet paper and shower gel was not replenished … pretty annoying! But apart from that it does the job, staff is friendly

Personnel exécrable. Une personne m’a fait payé deux nuits alors que l’appartement était déjà réglée. Venant d’un déplacement pro, c’est mon chef qui a dû les appeler pour que je me fasse rembourser. Et c’est elle qui en était agacée ! Et sans un mot d’excuse évidemment. Sans oublier qu’elles parlent mal aux arrivants et n’ayez pas le malheur de revenir pour demander quelque chose, car ce sera encore pire. Décidément, travailler dans le contact humain n’est pas fait pour tout le monde. A part ça, appartement correct.

가성비가 아주 좋았어요! 엄청 깔끔했고 난방도 잘 작동해서 춥지 않았어요. 다만 화장실 문이 고장나서 닫을 수가 없었어요. 친구들끼리 간 여행이라 큰 문제는 없었어요. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔고 취사 시설이 있어서 요리해먹을 수 있었어요! 호텔에서 제공해주는 티백도 잘 마셨어요 :) It was very clean, very warm, and you can cook there. It was a perfect hotel for the cheap price. But the bathroom door wasn’t able to close completely which was not a big problem. The tea provided by the hotel was really nice as well!

Excellent surprise for this hotel conveniently located between Nantes city center and on the way to the airport if catching a plane. I booked a one-night stay (04th - 05th December 2021) also based on the positive reviews read on Google and ***********. My stay in room 304 was extremely pleasant as the room is perfectly located on the courtyard, providing a quiet surrounding. The room itself is big and I was particularly impressed by its cleanliness. Furthermore, check in and check out at reception was very smooth and handled professionally. Talking to the reception team, it is obvious they genuinely like their job in the hospitality business. Their commitment, all the more resounding in this time of uncertainty, is pleasant and warm to witness. Next time in Nantes, I have found my preferred hotel :-)
